Amazing experience. My husband and I are sleeping on a 8 year old bed and I am 6 months pregnant. Needless to say, it was time to find a new bed. My shoulders and hips have been hurting, and my husband has been sweating in his sleep.

When we visited the showroom, we were greeted by Tracy, she instantly made me feel comfortable. She reviewed the grid flex technology with us and then encouraged us to try out the beds. Instantly, we felt the difference. Like Goldilocks, we went from to bed to bed while Tracy and her awesome colleague Kimberly reviewed the benefits of each mattress option.

After an hour and a half we had come to the conclusion that we wanted the whole package deal, mattress + smart base + mattress protector & sheets / pillows. Tracy told us to take our time, she could email us all the details and we could make our decision another day.

Never once did we feel pressured to make a decision in store. The matter was, I felt like I had been given all the details I needed to make my decision. I had already shopped around and I knew that nothing else was offered on the market that matched what I needed and wanted like Purple did.

All the bells and whistles. I think the smart base will be very helpful, Tracy and Kimberley pointed out something I didn’t even think of, that the adjustable base will be helpful for reading or breastfeeding position at night. The grid stays cool, and supports my shoulders and hips.

All in all, I felt my experience was like buying from a friend, Tracy and Kimberley chatted with us, congratulated me on my pregnancy, and just were fun to shop with. I could ask any question without feeling intimidated or like I’m annoying. It’s funny, I never knew that mattress shopping...

Almost a year ago to date, I visited this Purple Showroom with my boyfriend to see if we would ever consider buying a Purple mattress. We were immediately greeted by Tracy and Carson upon entering the store who were extremely friendly. They were both incredibly knowledgeable about the mattresses and addressed all of our questions/concerns. We ended up staying there for hours and having great conversation!

Come a few weeks ago, I finally decided to take the plunge and go check out the mattresses once more, as well as decide on a pillow. I was greeted again by very kind associates who wanted nothing more than to help me decide what mattress was perfect for me. And once again, I ran into Carson and Tracy who were just as wonderful as last time. With their expertise and the help of the other associates, I ended up purchasing a mattress, pillow, and a mattress protector. I did, however, have to go back a week later to exchange the pillow I purchased for a lower one and that went very smoothly. It was quick and easy and they honored the price I originally paid for it. :)
