I came in to return a GIFT my son received from his birthday party. I had the gift-receipt and it clearly printed GIFT RECEIPT. Instead of giving me cash or store credit back, they went ahead and refunded to the original payment without asking me first. When I pointed out that this was a gift, they called their District Manager, and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Instead they suggested that I call the person who gave me the gift -- and tell them what? Ask for the money back??? REALLY, Rally House? This was for a $14 item and nobody in the store or even the DISTRICT MANAGER themselves had the authority to give a courtesy store credit for this unfortunate situation??
So I had to go back home empty handed, called their customer service line, left a message, got a text message back, and then they send me a gift card for $14, which I now have to go back and use at the store. C'mon Rally House... You would think, when you run a company that sells 500% marked up officially licensed merchandise, you understand the importance of brand image, and you would have a better system to handle or empower your employees to deal with a $14 problem that is now causing a horrible customer experience and a negative perception of your brand.

Read moreI’ve got nothing but great things to say about the Rally House folks. The location down in Eagan, Minnesota is a dream for any Minnesota sports fan. They’ve got nearly everything you could want—seriously, if you’re into Minnesota sports, this place delivers.
I’m a hat and hoodie guy. I’ve got almost 300 hats and over 250 hoodies. I love bright colors, a good selection, and a quality fitted hat. I wear a 7 5/8, and I’m a 2XL—and Rally House had a massive selection that checked all the boxes. It’s awesome to be able to support our local teams with gear I actually get excited about.
They also had some super fun and very Minnesotan shirts—one that said “Meat Raffle”, another with a picture of a pull tab, and one that read “Minnesota Drinking Team.” Total classics.
The staff? Amazing. They didn’t have a couple hats I wanted in my size, even though the website said they did, but they were incredibly apologetic and helpful. They said, “We do the best we can, but we can order those for you and have them delivered in 4–5 days with free shipping.” That’s service.
Bottom line: I was super impressed. I just dropped about $600 on a bunch of gear to support the Minnesota Timberwolves. Western Conference Finals,...
Read moreMy sister , that lives in Eagan texted me that she found me a windbreaker that I would like at a place called Rally House. I told her to see if they can hold it at the counter for me , and leaving Edina now , I will look up directions and be there soon. I got there , she was still there , my windbreaker was nicely folded up behind the counter and while paying for it , I start looking around and I see sports stuff , everywhere. I didn't know that was the theme at Rallys , it was my first time there. My sister wanted to show me a shirt towards the back , and I said , I have to leave now , because I know I will start buying more things and I think this is my new favorite store. Of course , I went with her , loved the Vikings shirt , grabbed it... Seen Vikings license plate borders.. grabbed them too....!!! Quality products are there , and well built to last. Sister hooked me up with another new store " Sierra's " and that was my favorite until I went to Rally House. I will be going back there , for...
