This was my second time using the Crumbl location in Eagan., MN.... First time I used them a few weeks ago, nobody greeted me, I stood there for about 15 minutes And there was no other customer in the store but me.... The cookies were fine but the service was terrible.... I ordered from them again today thinking that maybe I just hit them on a bad day a few weeks back.... Today was even worse... Again I wasn't greeted, I made eye contact with somebody and they finally came up front.... I gave them my name She handed my name to somebody else who went and retrieved my order..... I asked if I could possibly get a separate little box because I had two cookies that had to go to somebody else.. I was charged $0.25 for the extra box And when I went to put one of the cookies in the box I noticed that it was falling apart and half cooked.... I mentioned this to her She turned around grabbed a spatula and shoveled the broken half baked cookie in my box.... She refused to replace the cookie with one that was actually cooked.... I just looked at her completely stunned.... I turned around walked out and told another customer to check their cookies to make sure that they're not raw and that I wouldn't be ever coming back to this location..... I have read other customers reviews at other stores stating that they received raw product as well so apparently this is not an isolated thing with Crumbl.... I tried to find a way to call their corporate office and make a complaint but they direct you back to the store that you used.... I really do like crumble cookies but if this is the type of service that they're going to give, I won't be coming back and I won't be recommending them...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMan. Iām so disappointed in Crumbl. I usually get my cookies delivered from the Edina location, but that location always seems to run out of all their cookies. So the past two times Iāve wanted crumbl, I place a pick up order online and drive to the Eagan location. The might have their cookies in stock more often than the Edina location, but as far as the quality of the cookies themselves, they are not good.
The Churro cookie I got from this location had just cream cheese icing on top. It was completely white with no cinnamon. Which is not how they are supposed to look or taste. The icing was also all watery. The strawberry shortcake cookie was completely over done and dry. I usually never have dry cookies from Crumbl. If anything, theyāre underdone. This strawberry shortcake one was dry and flavorless. The banana bread was gooey and underdone. Then they were out of the afterlife cake last minute after I already ordered it and paid for it online. Iām a HUGE fan of Crumbl and check the flavors religiously every Sunday afternoon. But lately, maybe because of how busy theyāve been, the cookies have not been good. And Iām not sure what they do differently at this location versus others, but the quality of cookies here at the Eagan spot are horrible compared to other locations. Definitely wonāt be back...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLook, the cookies are delicious, thereās no doubt about that. Iāve gone to several other crumbl cookie locations in the past, but when I heard about this one opening I was excited because of its proximity to me. My first time was tonight on the Grand Opening night. I saw they had a free cookie promo to kickoff their opening so I brought a friend. We ordered other cookies on top of the free cookies to show our support, but when we went to pay, the cashier told us it was only was one free cookie per group and weād have to pay for the other. I questioned it once, but the cashier gave us a ālookā, so I let it go and paid. Fine. Whatever. Just make it more clear next time. But what I canāt get over was the unfriendliness of the cashier. I get it, itās been a long Friday and itās getting late. But this is your Grand Opening Night! Come on, this night sets the stage. The attitude and unfriendliness was clear from the beginning of our interaction. And it wasnāt just us, we noticed the same unfriendliness to other customers. She definitely did not seem like she wanted to be there. At least the baker who gave us our cookies was nice! But still, an overall āsourā experience. This will be my first and only impression of this location. Oh well. Better stick to Apple Valley or another...
