Easley Premiere LUX 8 — Attraction in Easley

Love this theater, they are absolutely the best. I have been to so many theaters and none of them even compare in this area. We have been going here for over 10 years since before the refurbishment, and we are so glad they kept most of the original staff since it's run very well. It's always clean, I can fill my own popcorn and soda, and I like that they check IDs so I don't have to deal with teenagers interrupting the R rated movies(and when I was underage we just took an adult, no big deal). Just got back from Regal on woodruff Rd since the rest of our party lives out there, and I will never go back. There was 1 cop who let the teenagers continue to cause problems in the R rated movie even starting fights and laughing about it and the manager did nothing to help except tell US to shut up and sit down to the point we walked out when we complained (lights going on and off/teenagers running up and down the aisles and cursing out anyone who said anything). That would have never been allowed at Premiere who actually send ushers to check on the movies. I'll stick with Premiere Easley from now on and go alone if I have to so I can actually enjoy my movie. We went to see Jupiter Ascending 2/20/15 the movie started early which was ok. But the employees were kind of rude except the one selling tickets when we went. When the movie was over my family likes to stay through the credits sometimes well the rude employees actually very rudely insisted that my family leave that we did not need to read or watch the credits. Who are they to tell people what they can do . My family was quietly reading the credits to see who the actors were etc. They were very very rude. This is the second time they have been rude to my family. This is why we would not recommend the Easley Cinema 8 to anyone. It is closer to our home but we go out of way to go to other theaters where we have never been treated rudely ever. We used to come to this theater often and they were really polite and friendly we even knew the manager and never had a problem until they changed managers and that's when it went down hill for us. If people want to stay and watch the credits it's the family or person's choice to do so and not have rude theater employees rudely make them leave .Thanks for letting me vent and for reading and i'm sorry if I made anyone angry over it. Oh my wow guys!!! This place is a hidden gem! First you purchase your tickets inside and NOT standing in the cold outside.

1. You make your own popcorn with unlimited refills and you can butter layer it yourself, as my husband loves to do. They have slushees you make yourself (also free refills) and tonight I had nachos and got to fill it up with cheese myself, I then was able to come back and refill the cheese (nacho loves will understand this excitement)
2. The seats and soooo comfy and fresh looking too. The sound quality is pitch perfect and it’s a flat setting so not stairs, great if you have difficulty getting up and down steps. The screens are huge and the picture is clear. My teen comes here with her friends sometimes and I feel this location is really safe. Parent recommended.
3. The staff is super awesome, very kind, and helpful. They even have a Sunday church (neighborhood church) that is allowed to use this place and we’ve been to Pastor David’s services before and it’s really awesome. He’s a great down-to-earth pastor.
