The Cosmetics Company Store — Attraction in East Lampeter Township

If you haven't been to this store yet what are you waiting for? I'm currently living on Long Island and the one in my tanger outlet doesn't compare at all. It lacks customer service , cleanliness and character. I travel to tanger outlets in lancaster for the good lords gospel at the theatre and I always make sure to stop in to get the best deals and skin care advice from all the knowledgeable staff. Plus the displays are very nice my daughter always takes pictures since she one day wants to own a store like this. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel apart of their tccs community. My personal favorite is Monroe , she's the best! I suffer from acne and she always guides me in the right direction with which products to use. She'll email me to let me know when products that work best for me have arrived and I absolutely love the special care. Getting it delivered from their store to your home is also very easy. I appreciate how I never feel like I'm just a customer, it feels like we're all sisters helping eachother out to look , smell and feel great right before our date night lol. It's always such a positive and professional atmosphere. What else could you want?

I stopped by today to get recommendations as to what is necessary for my under eyes, as my bags have gotten significantly darker and started getting puffy since my pregnancy. My skin is virgin and I never use make-up (other than mascara), so I am very new to the world of make-up in terms of what to use, when to use certain procucts and anticipated results. I was greated by the wonderful store manager, Monroe, and one of the sales associates, Kayla, who together provided wonderful and very useful recommendations in terms of different products to use such as correctors, serums, lotions etc, and when to use them during the day and at night along with results (Monroe literally labeled the order in which I should use the products!). I would strongly recommend spinning by and getting expert advice as well as your beauty products...

I have to be respectfully honest, I have not stepped foot in this store in about 2 years due to a very unprofessional and dissatisfying experience. With that being said; my sister came down to visit for the holidays and begged me to take her to this cosmetic store and I agreed. Glad I did just that, we had the most delightful time there thanks to the beautiful young lady named Mimi, who not only was absolutely patient with us in finding out our color for a good foundation, she even went further into getting to know us and teaching us a quick lesson on how to get natural brows. Left with a smile on my face, & amazing samples. If it wasn’t for this amazing young lady who lights up that store I think that would have been my last time there. So happy that i enjoyed my time, because i truly did...
