Weis Markets — Attraction in East Norriton Township

The flower department is so beautiful. The beautiful blond lady that runs this department does an amazing job. My boyfriend got me roses the first year we started dating in 2013 and the Blond lady helped him. I went and got him balloons and a candle and met her. Both of us really liked her as she was very helpful and is passionate about the flower department. Later we realized that we both went to Weiss , met and had a good conversation with her. We both have been going there ever since. I really appreciate everything she does. There is a young guy that is there a lot also. They work together. We really like both of them. I need to find out both their names so I can start referring to them by name. Today is our anniversary and he woke me up with 2 dozen red and white roses in an. Iridescent vase. It was so beautiful and I knew as soon as I saw them that it came from Weiss Flower department. I’ve had roses from Weiss that last more then 2 weeks. They purchase the roses from a company called passion roses. The company takes pride in the quality of their roses. I just had the worst, most unprofessional experience of my life with the STORE MANAGER at Weiss East Norriton.. I have shopped here for 20 years, but it wasnt until I started delivering product to their store for my job that I found out how bad this store is really doing. I'm willing to bet that If our conversation was recorded, nobody at Weiss corporate would appreciate the attitude, rudeness, ignorance and overall negative experience I just had. My family of 7 will never shop here again and I will make sure to let my family, friends, coworkers and anybody that I ever have a chance to talk to about grocery shopping know how I was treated. I have been working with grocery stores for over 15 years and that includes every other local Weiss in the area (Conshohocken, Doylestown, and Warrington). These stores would vouch for my consistent and top of the line work ethic and demeanor that I have brought to those stores EVERYDAY- 7DAYS A WEEK for the last 15 years.. Weiss is the dark horse of the local large chain stores in the area. Prices are good. They may not have as large a selection as Giant, but you will find alot of items at Weiss that are not at the other stores. I have found they carry a fair amount of brands usually seen in the south, like Dukes mayo. The clearance prices are good finds. A good representation of vegetarian products. Produce is mostly great, except the celery. The celery always seems to go bad the day after I buy it. I mean, every time I buy it there. It was the best place during the pandemic as it never had ridiculous lines.
