T-Mobile — Local services in East Norriton Township

I went into this location with my friend to try and figure out a new phone situation for her. The first visit the girl who worked there along with the manager were extremely rude, looked disgusted as if they didn't even want to be bothered, because it was sort of a complicated thing (for us) but they were rude and condescending to say the least. The 2nd visit, we were greeted by the same girl, who looked like she saw a ghost when she realized it was us again. Again, was very rude and not very helpful. My friend switched to a different carrier but was displeased with the service hence went in there a third time to switch back. She was "helped" by another gentleman who was much more friendly, but was trying to sell her all kinds of expensive devices, probably because the very disrespectful manager was yelling over at him not to give her any discounts or anything (she is a veteran) it was so uncalled for. I walked in to see how she was making out and the gentleman helping her seem to be more concerned with flirting with me then actually resolving my friend's issue. By the end of all of this he told her that she could activate her phone from the other carrier with T-Mobile and when she left the store to activate it it was not able to be used on the T-Mobile network. Basically it was three separate visits with not one of these employees were capable or willing to be helpful. Complete waste of time! On top of it,they were just so extremely rude and upset her ,hence why I am spending the time to write this review. I would not recommend anybody to use this location in East Norriton EVER unless you don't mind being treated like you are beneath them unless you're spending hundreds of dollars....

Good evening Google Family. I finally purchased a new phone after five years. I have had my old phone since September 20, 2021. I did not want to, however I had to since I have all new equipment, such as a new modem, new lap top, new printer and I needed a new phone, since my old phone was not at all compatible with my new printer. Also I purchased a new USB wire to plug into my new printer. The T mobile associate was a gentleman who assisted me. His name was Dan, who proved to be very knowledgeable about T mobile products. Dan helped me with my purchase and explained everything to me in detail. The only thing that I did not like was that the associates do double time, meaning they help two people at the same time. While Dan was assisting me, he was also helping another customer. I feel that everyone should be given equal total attention. There was another T mobile associate who could have helped the other customer. That is why this review is 4 stars, instead of five stars. I love my new phone. My EIP(equipment installment purchase) includes just the phone, which I am financing. I also paid for a screen protector and a case mate case for my new phone, So happy today. I have never been able to work out why cell phone retail is so bad when the product is so incredibly expensive. One awful experience after another has left me dreading the prospect of the inevitable upgrade. And then I found these guys. I had the misfortune of visiting on an Apple phone release day - the store was mobbed. And yet these guys were as patient, generous, helpful, and funny with me as they were with every customer in the place (and there was a lot of them). Their technical knowledge is off the charts, but what sets them apart is their customer care. Jerome - as store manager- sets the tone with his infectious laugh and easy charm. I was served by Robbie who had just come off a 4 hour (yes, you read that right, FOUR hour) epic with somebody apparently buying phones for half of Philadelphia, yet without breaking stride he rolled right up to me and dealt with my trade in like I was the first customer of the day. You’d think this would be table stakes. But it isn’t. Anywhere. This is the place you travel hours to get to, passing all the T-mobiles as you go, astonished by the idea that this sort of store, with these sorts of staff, exists at all.
