Our son has attended since he was 1. He is currently in his last year and I can’t say enough good things about the staff and environment. Jackson has thrived academically and socially throughout his time at TLE East Rutherford.

Terrible daycare, call you all the time regarding everything even your kid is pee on himself and need you to bring the cloth asap. When I get there, guess what, the pant is dry. It turns out that They got wash and dryer inside the daycare. What is the point to ask me drive all the way to bring cloth? People have a job, cannt leave middle of job. Called me all the time, drive my crazy. There is one more even that pissed me off. Here is what happened, someone suppose to picking my son up 5:45 everyday, but that day, I messed up the schedule, no one is picking up my son. The daycare didn't call me at 6pm, didn't call me at 6:30, didn't call me at 7pm, they called me at 7:30 said that my son is still at the daycare, and someone need to come and pick him up. So my husband went to pick him up at 7:45, the next day I received phone call from daycare asked us to pay $ 90 dollars for stay late with my son. They said we were 90 minutes late and $1 per minutes which is $90 dollars in total and we needs to pay it in cash because it goes straight to the teacher who stay late with my son. What does hell. It doesn't make any sense, is it? When we enroll the daycare they DID NOT meantion anything about last pick up fee at all. Even they do have that kinda policy, why the daycare didn't call me at 6, 6:30, 7? I don't understand. They called me at 7:30, I pick up right away, it is not like they call me thousands time I didn't pick up, they called only once, I pick up. That's it, what does hell. The next day, I went to the daycare to ask the daycare, why you guys didn't called me at 6pm when my caregiver supposed to picking him up, do you know what they responded, the woman who is charged said that "it is no my job to remind you to pick up your own child". Then what is your job? Called me and Bother me all time? Even talk about it make me feel upset again. In the end the women is charged, said if you dont want to pay, that's fine, I will pay the teachers out of my own packet, I told her it is not like I didn't want to pay the late fee, it is more like the charge doesn't make any sense. How come you didn't call me earlier, my son eat dinner at 6:15, you keep him up to 7:30 and then call me to pick up. I am mad. Anyway, I decided to go home and to talk to my husband if we want to pay for it or not. Next day morning when my husband drop off my son to the daycare and do sign in, Other women who work in the reception ask for the money again, what does hell? And then When my husband bring my son to his room, he heard the teachers are point fighters and talk behind our back regarding the fee. Oh my god. We decided to just pay for it, because my son still go to this daycare, I don't want any staff because of this and treat my son badly. Anyway, after we paid for it and the thing didn't go better. The daycare Still call me nonstop, complaining everything, we really had enough. So we out, seriously do not want your kid to this daycare. They were very nice at the beginning and after that so many nonsense. Please trust me. DO NOT GO to...

My daughter has been at TLE East Rutherford for over 2 years now and she just loves it there. She started out in the Twaddler classroom and quickly worked her way into the Preppers room. She loved her Twaddler teacher Ms. Micha and was sad to have to leave her, but she bonded quickly with Ms. Lucia in the Preppers room. Then she moved up to Pre-K 1 and the three teachers up there (Ms. Jill, Ms. Darlene, and Ms. Claudia) are just the BEST! She loves going to "school" every day and always has a great time. Has never come home crying or saying she doesn't want to go back. Whenever I ask her who her best friends are from school she always includes her teachers and I think this is important because she doesn't just see them as teachers, they're so kind and friendly and loving that she sees them as her friends.

The school is only a few years old so everything just looks new and clean and bright. The price is comparable or less expensive than the other 5 nearest centers (big named/franchised centers, I didn't want my child in a mom and pop type of daycare.) I used to have to provide lunch for my daughter every day, which was rough, especially considering that not all the classrooms have a refrigerator, I was really put off by that, but now they have implemented a lunch program at no additional cost and so my ONE former complaint is no longer even valid.

My daughter has had one or two accidents, and gotten sick WAY more than I would like, but they (Ms. Amy at the front desk or Ms. Maritza the schools director) always call me immediately following any incident or illness and I really appreciate that. I am also no longer with my child's father and TLE East Rutherford does a great job of keeping us both informed and involved. I come home with various projects every day, and my daughter is always full of stories about everything they did that day. They've done soccer, they've done yoga, they learn songs, they color, paint, draw, they read stories, they play outside in one of their 2 private playgrounds, if the weather does not permit, then they play in their 2nd floor indoor play area.

Before going to this center, my daughter had a hard time falling asleep and sleeping through the night, but now I think they just keep them so busy and going all day, she comes homes, has dinner, and passes out immediately when her head hits that pillow and she sleeps through the entire night.

She also was not very talkative before starting daycare and now I can't get her to stop talking! They really reinforce manners and proper speech. She used to say "yeah" or "yup" a lot , but now she always says "YESSS" with an emphasis on the "S." She also is the queen of PLEASE, THANK YOU, BLESS YOU, and SORRY. I thank TLE for making my little girl so sweet, polite, and well spoken. Can't wait to see what they can continue to do and teach her over the next 2 years, before she heads off to...

Enrolling my 2 year old at TLE has proven to be the best decision I have made thus far in regards to his education! My son had been regularly spending his days with a full-time nanny from 3 months to 2 years of age. This past November, my wife and I were starting to see signs of language delay and the concern was reinforced by his nanny and pediatrician. We began looking for an early learning center near both of our jobs. We researched and toured 5 other early learning facilities in the area. We had a criteria of; Location, Cleanliness of facility, Friendly and caring Staff, Cost of Tuition, Focus on Academia, Focus on Arts, Incorporation of music and dancing in the classroom, Provision of meals, Outdoor play area, Indoor play area. We also observed the visual cues of the other children in attendance upon our site visits in regards to if the children look happy and healthy. We decided upon TLE as they met all of the criteria with the exception of provision of meals at the time, which they have since changed in the new year. We registered our son in the Twaddler program. In the three short months that he has been attending TLE, my son can now speak clearly in complete sentences and easily express his wants and likes and dislikes for things. There is a focus on manners in the classroom which is a very welcome added bonus. My son says "thank you" without a prompt for response when handing him something and "bless you" when someone sneezes. The children have a full day, packed with activities, play and rest that is on a regular schedule. I have recently read the Google reviews, much as I had before enrolling my son here. It is easier to be motivated to write a negative comment than to take the time to write a positive one. I have had such an exceptional experience with this school, that I felt the need to share it in hopes to guide parents looking for a great environment for their child to be objective rather than basing an opinion of a person or people who could have been venting from a bad day's experience. In reference to the notification of incidents: on two occasions, I have received an immediate call when my child had gotten sick and when he had bumped his head (I should also mention that my son loves to run). When he had bumped his head, I had missed the call and my wife received a call promptly after. TLE has provided a giant leap for my child at a crucial point in his education and social development. I am truly grateful to the school, staff, director and business manager for their efforts. They all refer to my child by name each morning when they greet him. Ms. Diana and Ms. Dorothea are exceptionally caring teachers and are regularly greeted by my son with a running hug upon arrival in the morning which is proof enough for me that he is happy, which is most important of all...
