Pipe Dreams — Attraction in East Stroudsburg

Sold me a vaporizer that was 'so popular they are almost always sold out' but it burns anything you put in it and creates burnt smoke instead of vapor. The website for the unit says as much and next time I'll stick to buying online instead of in a shop where I thought I'd get better service and more knowledge. Good thing they don't take returns, either, because then they might have to be truthful about product.

Edit in response to owner: I apologize for the tone, it probably was a little harsh. No, an online retailer wouldn't take the item back but neither would I have bought it in the first place, because I would have been able to read reviews that told me it wasn't a vaporizer; it was a smoker. I relied on the clerk to take the place of reviewers and set me up with the appropriate product. Cost wasn't the issue. I didn't enter the shop and ask for the cheapest vaporizer, I asked for the best and what the clerk recommended. That's what I have - what the clerk recommended.

And perhaps some of the problem here is around language - this device isn't a vaporizer and shouldn't be called that. There is a distinct difference between vapor and smoke and this burns the herb and generates smoke, and not very pleasant smoke at that. You're right - for me it's definitely a 'leave it' situation. I think it's incredibly dishonest of that company to try to cash in on the vape trend with a device that clearly isn't a vaporizer.

This place has it all and then some! Prices are even negotiable to a point. I had bought a product that malfunctioned and stopped working, I no longer had to box or recept. Chewy or Chevy, whatever his name, was not very friendly. Told me a stick.of incense was .50 each when actually they are 10 for 2.00. I held one up and asked "this is .50 ?"
