I finally got the change to stop by Fysh and it didn't disappoint. We started off with the delicious takoyaki - we were able to actually taste chunks of fresh octopus, which was a welcome change as I feel most restaurants skimp on this aspect.

For sushi, we ordered two signature rolls (Red Dragon and Double Salmon) and a classic roll (spicy tuna roll). We loved how the signature rolls had a crunchy element on top, adding a nice balance of textures. The Red Dragon roll was by far our favorite - the seared tuna and raw tuna complemented each other very well, and the sweet potato crunch balanced the fish and roll in both flavor and texture. I enjoyed how the spicy tuna roll had actual tuna in the roll, as opposed to just crushed up tuna you'll typically see in cheaper sushi places. And of course, the Double Salmon Roll was a salmon lover's dream! All the fish seemed very fresh. I typically am still pretty hungry after 3 rolls of sushi, but I was stuffed by the end - they really give a lot of fish in their rolls.

Can't forget to mention how service was top notch! The staff made sure to check up on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our food and experience at Fysh and will definitely be...

If you’re in the area and love sushi, you probably know about Mino, which, up until this point, I’ve considered to be the best in the area. However, after trying FYSH last night, it is very hard to say. Had the sushi and sashimi deluxe with my gf, and it was superb. The quality and freshness of the sashimi and the rolls were off the charts. We had the Super Dragon Roll, and the shrimp tempura was so satisfyingly crunchy. Somehow, the warm shrimp tempura worked really well with the cooler temperature of the roll overall. The texture and temperature of the sashimi was perfect. Although the vibe is more casual, you’ll be surprised by the quality of both the service and food. Just one thing: I was not a huge fan of the soy sauce, as it tasted too salty for me. Personally, I like when sushi places use low sodium soy sauce as it reduces the saltiness. If you’re a sushi fan and you’re in the area, you have to try FYSH. Let the food speak for itself. We’ll...

This was my second visit to the restaurant just this week. The food is really good, especially the rolls — they’re flavorful and nicely presented. However, the service needs improvement.

During the week, I saw the combo deals (2 or 3 rolls), but when I went to order, the promotion wasn’t available in the system. I ended up paying full price for the rolls, and the staff kindly offered me a miso soup as a courtesy. Today, I went back on the weekend and was told that the combos are not available on Saturdays and Sundays — but there’s no mention of that anywhere, not on the menu or on the screen showing the promotions.

It feels misleading: they advertise the combos to attract customers, but there’s always some excuse when you try to get the deal. It’s a shame, because the food quality is excellent, but the customer service and transparency around promotions need serious...

Located next to Panera, we have been eagerly waiting for this spot to open up and it didn’t disappoint. It’s a fast order concept where you order at the counter versus a sit-down restaurant, so it’s convenient for a quick bite and takeout. Recommend ordering online to save some time, as there’s limited seating if it’s during a busy lunch or dinner rush. The staff is super friendly and helpful, willing to answer any questions and provide recommendations. I ordered the Firecracker and White Tiger rolls and they were fresh and delicious. My husband got the spicy pork bento box with salad, gyoza and miso soup. The pork was nicely charred and a bit on the mild side, but, they let us know the spice level can be adjusted to our liking next time because we love the heat! Great flavors and value all around. Looking forward to trying this place for dinner next time!
