Guruji Edison Mandir — Attraction in Edison

I have been coming to this mandir for over 2 years! I have been connected to god more in this 2 years then my whole life.

One thing I noticed is they have “rules” (which is good, we need discipline) that no talking or using phone is allowed. I see and hear sevadar aunties talking while my eyes are closed during the Shabads and meditation. How come they don’t get in trouble ? How come the sevadar uncle ignores them. 3 young sevadar teenager aunties laughing at one another while the bani is on yet no one is telling them to stop. My friend brought her kids last year and everytime she came a sevadar uncle would yell at her because her kids were too noisy and loud. That uncle bald&glasses, very mean and disrespectful ( sorry to be rude forgive me guruji) upstairs langar hall is very rude. Once he commented about these Punjabi’s sitting next to me and said see your lucky we give you ur plate of food and even take your plate from you. Your gurdwara doesn’t do that.

Anyways I am sorry for all the complaining. I just want the mandir to re- educate the sangat about no talking. Including...

A heaven on earth.My home it is. We are all family here and I literally mean it. Everyone is treated with love, care, patience and comfort. All are equal no distinctions. New Sangat is most lovingly welcome, and old sangat on the other hand, leaves no stone unturned to make them feel comfortable, saying this from my own experience. Also the Doors are happily opened to everyone to come and do sewa and feel blessed. Once again, the newcomers are treated with so much comfort and oneness, that they do not feel hesitant at all but they rejoice and wants to come again for sewa. Trust me, every word that I used here about our Temple , came from the core of my heart. I am really really blessed to be a part of this temple and gifted with a loving Guruji Parivar, whom I call my very own. Jai...

It is a blessing to visit the temple. I feel blessed ever since I started coming to temple. I got chai prasad, jal prasad, kada prasad and other food also as prasad. Fully divine experience. Please visit once. You will feel blessed. Jai guru ji. Shukrana guru ji.
