Came in here last Friday and the heavier set man at the front was rude, no greeting and just point at a table. I had read other bad reviews about service and should have listened. So we walk to a booth and we are just waiting at the table wondering where the waiter is after sometime. Then this man after being a smart mouth with some customer who had walked in after we came when he asked if they have chicken 65 thinks he is funny by saying we have triple 65, chicken 65 what do you need. The customer asked him if he spoke kannada and he said no he is from Telangana. Finally after 5 minutes or more he walks over and just extends his arm with the menu from a distance after walking closer to our table to make me lean over to get it from him. At this point my wife was as very annoyed as I was and said we should leave as he didnt have even basic courtesy or customer service to come to a table and give a menu when we had come in, purposely making us wait around thinking we had to sit around for a waiter. His bad attitude was apparent the whole time so we left. This man is hurting that business and if he is not the owner I hope the owner reads this and realize what kind of staff he hired. Bad customer service should never be tolerated, not sure if it was because of speaking a different language but that is discrimination by him or he just treats all...
Read more"Worst Biryani Ever". Actually our worst food experience till date. Tried the goat and chicken biryani. No flavor in the rice. It was full of food color. There was no white rice at all in the biryani which is someting typical in dum biryani. It looked like the rice and meat were cooked separately and then mixed up. Also ordered the chicken tikka. It was uncooked chicken with raw masala still on top (pic attached) with some chat masala sprinkled, absolute worst food we ever had. We wanted to order the Malai Kabab and the owner said it wasn't available and suggested us to order the chicken tikka. The owner appeared to treat the servers like slaves, always shouting at them. We have asked the biryani to be made mild is possible something that we are using to asking at Paradise. We were told that it can't be done and were pointed at the paper stuck to the wall that said the same. we said we did not look at it. Owner appeared to be trying to be friendly but his approach towards being friendly may not work with everyone. Place was also dirty. We have ordered a water bottle as we did not want to risk drinking the water out of that dirty jug. I think because lot of customers are flocking at this place the quality is like this. When people come and eat no matter what you cook and call it biryani we end up with restaurants like these. I will never...
Read moreWe called this place on 08/25/2021 before we came in just to make sure that they have indoor dining, we had to explain 3 or 4 times to the front desk guy that we dont speak Tamil or Hindi, and it was a tough task to make him understand that we need a table to dine in as he doesn't speak that much English. But he finally manged to say, "ok come table have dine in have" so we drove 14 miles only because the service and food were really good the last time. But soon as we arrived, this uneducated and angry front desk guy rudely said "takeout only no eat inside" I told him I called him earlier and that he confirmed to have dine in. The guy again rudly said "ok ok go sit, we have Biriyani only". We really didn't want to get food served from this angry and maskless man as he was clearly not happy about us being there. Hungry and upset we went back to our car. We manged to get very good food later from another very good restaurant. But Bawachchi Biriyani Employee treated my wife and I like garbage. This was our go to Biriyani place but not anymore. If anyone plans to get biriyani from this place, make sure to order take out cos the man at the front desk don't like to offer dine in. And I have heard people like this moron would give you bad food ot spit in your food if you...
