I was there today with my 8 year old son. The concept is cool, however, ridiculously priced as all entering must pay even if you're not going in to the bounce houses. So I paid $28 to sit around. There should definitely be other options like FREE for any individual not partaking in the houses. And not to mention that the staff is not even paying attention to people who come in and out because my husband ca.e to meet me there and walked right through without being asked to pay. So anyone can get through them. Additionally they arent even watching the kids within the bounce houses even though they have a staff member sitting in there on his phone laughing away at his conversation and playing on his phone. My son was not coming out and right away I started calling his name through each entrance, he could hear me but I could not hear him due to the very loud music they were blasting. I let 2 minutes go by and was getting ready to jump in when I see my son walking over to me crying because he was stuck and no one could hear him calling for help. Meanwhile there is a staff member sitting in the house but too busy on his phone. I was so upset as my son was too that I just switched him back into his shoes and walked out. Bad first and last...
Read moreThey would get 5 starts except for one knucklehead rule that has me giving them 1 star instead. You pay the same amount whether your jumping or not. Definitely will find a better activity next time to spend $90 when only my child is jumping and we’re watching her. The castle is a fantastic idea but the economics with paying the same amount for non jumpers is quite frankly silly. It’s a bounce castle. There’s nothing else that you can do if you’re not jumping to enjoy the time, like a theme park where most pay the same amount but u don’t have to ride to enjoy other things. Have people pay to enter some price but not the same amount. Then those that jump have a wristband. If those who r caught without a wristband jumping then have them thrown out. The main castle has 3 openings. There’s enough workers that I see to have them be positioned at the entrances to allow those with wristbands in. Will not be wasting money like this next time for simple things that can be very easily fixed. If they have this next year I’ll check if this rule was changed. If not, I’ll go with my child to a...
Read more1 start only because I have too. First of all it's completely overpriced. We went on a Friday and it was completely over run by summer camp kids who were completely unsupervised, definitely should take into consideration adding days/time slots for only camps to visit. My 5 and 9 year old could not enjoy themselves at all as they were getting pushed and ran into. Mind you when we first got there there we waited about 10 minutes before someone came to check us in, we literally could have just walked in without paying at that point. I looked like there was only 1 attendant monitoring the kids and they were selling "snow cones" which were literally just ice cubes with the flavoring poured over, for $6. Never coming back again, truly wish I could get a refund. Please do not...
