First time customer here, because I didn't have the time to cut my own hair at home due to my work schedule. As other reviewers have mentioned, they all speak Spanish. What they didn't realize is that I understood mostly everything they said, as I've taken trips to Mexico and Argentina, and have about a 3rd grade level of understanding. In English, they're very polite and professional, but one of things that the barber who was cutting my hair said about me was "look at this guy, I know crazy". In other words, they were talking smack about me for their own amusement, assuming I didn't understand them. As for the quality of the haircut itself, he did a good job, but he didn't shave low enough on my back, so that's something I have to correct on my own when I have the time at home. I'm one of those guys who just has a lot of hair. He only shaved enough so my collar line didn't have hair, but not when I'm in street clothes. Read moreI have been going here for past 2 years. Recently they started online booking and not giving any importance to those customers who walk-in and book the slots. I walked in and selected particular barber and waited but that barber didn't do the service instead he said he has already have appointment and he is waiting for that person. I almost waited more than 1 hour and even though the barber was free he didn't served me. Instead he said Select Any Barber as online appointment - THEY PAY MORE FOR ME. Even I got the appointment for Barber(not to mention) before the appointment person time which is 6pm. I booked the slot before 5 by walk-in. Even though he was free he didn't served. Why are they taking walk-in appointments for specific barber when they are supporting only Online.

These guys have a very bad system for finding out who's next in line to get a haircut. Everybody signs up on the list but every barber who goes up to the list looks completely confused. When they call out a name sometimes they don't call it out correctly or loud enough for the customers in the back to to hear their name and then they blame you for not listening. You have a large number of Barbers which is good and you think that there is no waiting but when they are on their phone half the time it takes them more time to do haircuts.
Also just because I look white and have a white first name does not mean that I don't know what you're saying in Spanish. I am half Latino. Not very smart business to do that you don't know who is who or who...
