Our server Nabilya was very nice, friendly, efficient and professional! They didn’t have my usual pineapple mojito so I’ve ordered the passion fruit mojito. Delicious!
My husband ordered a green iced tea and brunch pancakes, sunny side eggs and bacon! The pancakes were light and fluffy! Thank you!

But, I ordered the shrimp scampi. There were six burnt small breaded fried shrimp. There was a nice pile of angel hair pasta. But the sauce was NOT shrimp scampi! It did not look like the photo online- online the photo had 6 jumbo shrimp! There was a white wine butter garlic sauce with diced tomatoes! It was like the sauce on another dish- chicken costaletta or some dish we’ve had in the past?
I know they’ve changed their menu BUT PLEASE DO NOT MERGE THE SAUCES WITH SOME OTHER DISHES. Shrimp scampi is SUPPOSED TO BE shrimp with tomato red sauce with garlic and butter. It’s NOT A WHITE SAUCE with breaded shrimp! For $27.95 I expected shrimp scampi!
Last week, my husband and I ordered to go - chicken with shrimp with spicy pineapple sauce. It was takeout. We got home and it was like leftover orange chicken pieces and soggy breaded shrimp in the dish! It was covered up with extra spicy pineapple sauce.
I get the orange chicken all the time, so I know they’ve changed! Their leftovers were repurposed into the pineapple soggy breaded shrimp dish.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT merge the sauces from that specific dish into another dish and call it a new dish!
I’m going to stick to my basic burgers, because it is always fresh and hot! Thank you!
We love the servers, delicious drinks, and fun atmosphere, but the food quality has changed!
Please bring back the Chicken Marsala and the Hawaiian Lou Oauh Salad!!
We’ve spent over $102.00 for lunch for my husband and myself, ( we also ordered burger sliders to go) so the prices are expensive for the quality of food!

Went to Cheesecake Factory on 3/4/25 Had a great meal! Paradise Punch and Skinnylicious Burger. My husband had an iced tea and delicious Chicken Avocado Salad! Everything was fresh and the temperature of the food was good! Our server Litzy was very nice.( I’m sorry I lost my receipt) but I’m pretty sure that was her name! Read moreFor the past few years we've come here for lunch on my daughter's birthday. While we usually order takeout from here on occasion, we dined in. At noon on a Tuesday there were only a few tables occupied and we were seated at a table in the bar area. Steven the VERY busy bartender took great care of us. We noticed about 4-5 managers hanging out at the bar and it seemed like they were keeping the bar abnormally busy with something. We order an small plate to share and place our lunch order. The small plate came out in about 10 minutes. After that we waited 25 minutes. The only communication we had was from a waiter that dropped off additional bread telling us our order would be out soon. During this time, we see the bartender pointing to our table out to a female manager and we hear 'been waiting'. After another 5 minutes, I get up to ask about our order and he immediately goes to the kitchen to see what's going on. Me and my daughter's food comes out immediately, but my wife's is another 5 minutes. A different manager came over to apologize for the wait, offereing a free slice of cheesecake. My wife laid into him that some comunication would have been nice. Something must have been wrong back in the kitchen for this to happen on a slow day as the restaurant was nowhere near full. He then says he'll take her meal off the bill, but offers no explanation as to WHY we waited so long. We saw other people's food coming out that arrived after us. Once her food arrives, it does NOT look appetizing and there's an odor coming from it she does not like. She ordered the Carnitas Bowl (a special). The pork was bland, gray and slimy looking. Steven noticed my wife's reaction and comes over to investigate. He says he'll take this off our bill and fast track anything else she'd like. About 10 minutes later her new food arrives. Steven got her the cheesecake. When the bill arrived, her first meal was removed but the 2nd remained. Being tired of the whole ordeal, we left it as is, tipped Steven well and left. You would think having all those manager-looking types being in the restaurant would help things go smoothly. Apparently hanging out at the bar doesn't do that. Not the best use of resources. Asked for angel hair pasta and got some sort of green linguini which was completely over cooked and then was supposed to be a cajun sauce with peppers and onions but I could count on one hand how many peppers and onions on the dish and there was no sauce so all in all the meal was horrible. Was a 50 minute wait and way over crowded. Waiter never came over to check on us. Very disappointing experience and way over priced especially for getting the wrong meal and eating 10% of it. Will not go back to the menlo park mall location again.
In response to your response, with all due respect, our waiter was no where to be found and I am leery about sending food back to the kitchen and the place was completely packed and seemed like lots of chaos. I did not have time to try to find a manager and our waiter was nowhere to be found and it was just a disappointing experience especially with your high prices for mediocre food and no flavor and the wrong order completely. I see no reason to come back to the Menlo Park Mall location again to "give you another chance" as the $100+ for 2 people to eat pasta dishes and one slice of cheesecake was sadly disappointing. Your place is greatly under staffed and the waiters are over whelmed. I did not feel like searching for someone who might be the manager and try to explain my food was 100% wrong and also without taste. I am sure you can see my point as it took super long to actually get it in the first place and I had no time to go walking around trying to find this manager while I was there with limited time to spend with my son. I just chalk it up to a bad decision to pick cheesecake factory in Menlo Park Mall where we paid good money for mistakes in our meals. Worst could happen in life but I will choose another restaurant to give my money to and others who were there that night or experience similar situations to me I am sure agree. The guy at the next table actually had to ask the waiter for a refill on his drink multiple times and never got it and just gave up.
