I wasn’t physical at the store this day, but my boyfriend told me What happened after he got home. He went to the store, August 26, 2024 to purchase me a gift for our anniversary and he said that the woman that was helping him was very nice and accommodated him and whatever way he needed as he was waiting for what he wanted for me another worker maybe the manager told him that he had to stand off to the side if he wasn’t purchasing anything When in fact, he was just waiting for the person who was getting him his item she then went on asking him what he was getting and if he knew how much it cost As if he couldn’t afford to pay for it. We may not be rich, but We’re not gonna go somewhere if we can’t afford whatever it is we’re getting. In all honesty, the purchase was only completed because I wasn’t there and he is a very nonchalant person so he’s very quick to turn the other cheek, but I am not and I don’t appreciate him being treated that way and if it was up to me we would’ve left without the bag I had every right mind to take the bag back, but it was what he chose for me and he really did do a great job picking up something that I like, but I do promise we will not be doing business with this store any longer. I don’t even really want Michael Kors in my closet anymore because after all we go through enough so to act a way over a bag he could’ve purchased from any store...
Read moreI visited the store to return an item I purchased online. I had never used it and it was my 3rd attempt at returning (previous attempts the store was closed before closing time.. I see others have noted that too).
This is when the nightmare begins.. it was supposed to be a 2 min task. The email I received said I could return in the store. The lady (her name is Sonal - including a picture of her) was extremely rude and had zero inclination to help. Said I have to call customer service and that she couldn't help me with the return! I tried to level set with her that look at the email it doesn't mention anything about calling the customer service. She wouldn't listen and kept saying there is nothing she could do.. I asked to talk to her manager and she says the manager left for the day ..
Horrible experience to say the least.. I'd rather take my business to a place where I'm valued as a customer. I'm never purchasing from Michael Kors and will advise all my friends and family to do the same. If we are spending hundreds of dollars, we might as well expect to have a decent experience. Read moreI went in on Saturday July 17th at 2:25 pm to purchase shoes. When I walked in the store was empty. There were 3 Ladies in the check out area. I assume all associates as 1 eventually asssited me. The other 2 were near a bench deep in conversation and neither stopped to greet me even as I was making my purchase. I browsed the shoes and found what I wanted. I was in the store 5 minutes and neither lady came to ask if I needed assistance. I called my daughter into the store as she didn't come in with me initially. After my daughter helped me find a shoe I approach the Ladies asked for my size and it was then that one greeted me and went to find my size. When she came back with it she began to chat however that was 10 minutes too late. Michael Kors Menlo do better. 3 associates and not one of them greets me until I approach and ask for a size?
