This place is an almost 5 star place. All of the food and drink choices (Fried Taco, Woodward Pizza, The Creamery, and American Solera) are fantastic in taste and quality. It's family friendly with lots of seating. The parking can be challenging during peak hours. The 1 star deduct is it's a family friendly physical environment but not kid friendly food choices besides the new ice cream place for dessert. My kids are not picky and will eat many adult foods, but a $15 fancy sandwich seams a little much for little kids. Not one restaurant has a kid menu or reduced size option. All of the foods are upscale and very adult driven with the exception of ice cream. If the final empty location here took over as a kid-friendly eatery they'd make bank from all of the adults dying to have some good food and drink while relaxing and their kids playing and not have to make an extra stop on the way home or leave because kids were whining they were hungry and none of the food is anything they want. Also, I saw at least a dozen kids fall over the broken corn hole boards that need to be discarded and there are rocks all over the turf in the kids area. However, if the food places added one or 2 kid-friendly food options around the $7-8 range, I would...

This place is awesome! The layout is absolutely perfect especially for those with kids. You can eat or grab a drink and the kids have an area to play at while adults can socialize. We came with three adults and 6 kids and got to have some adult time while the kids all got to run around. This will for sure be a new hangout...

I wouldn't call this a market. It's just a square set up of a bunch of restaurants with a couryard. It has a padded turf jungle gym area which was packed with kids when I went. I did eat at a pizza place here that was delicious and I'll rate it in another review but The Icehouse Project as an entity is...

YES. Big yes. Go here. Inside space, outside space, the pizza place is insanely good with vegan options, Solera is so calming to have a drink in. I can't wait to go back honestly!

We love this place, but I fear its getting unsafe for kiddos. Large dips in the astroturf with uneven ground, they definitely need to fix it quickly!
