Dane, with Cline jewelers, literally made our impromptu wedding perfect! When we first met Dane in September we were planning for an October wedding in 2024. So, he knew we were not a quick imminent Sale. Yet, he took great care in getting to know us, to get to know what our rings ment to us and what our individual style looked like. Before we left that day we had ideas and rings in mind. We were confident that as our time got nearer, Dane could provide us exactly what we wanted from stock on hand or help us creatively design something unique. Flash forward 3 months. Life brought us unexpected circumstances. It's December. We have decided that it would be a beautiful and special way for our family to end 2023 with our wedding. Yes. We have 2 weeks to get this done. We were lucky to get our marriage certificates filled out online. We found a wonderful judge available to marry us in Edmonds. We thought right away that our visit with Dean 3 months prior laid the ground work for what was ment to be. We reached out to Dean right away. At this point we had less than 2 weeks to decide on rings and be married. Dean remembered us well and had notes from our visit! He was so excited we were coming in. He knew our urgency and our dilemma. We were not even sure we knew exactly what we wanted! When we arrived Dean was ready with all kinds of ideas and ways of providing for us. Even if in this moment we would not have everything we "wanted" prior to our big day, we would have what we "needed". No matter what he had to do, Dean made sure we would feel positive about our choices and made sure he could provide. Amazingly one of the rings I'd wanted back in September was available in store and in my size!! This was the start of a stack I will work to complete. While I did not have a center piece just yet, I know I will. My grooms ring needed to be ordered. It may not arrive in time. Dean assured us that no matter what happened, he would be sure my Groom had a ring to wear on our day. This sudden wedding could be overcome by disappointment and frustration if we let it. But, having people in our corner like Dean, we feel it is an attainable dream. His caring and compassionate nature have literally made our upcoming day feel like it was meant to happen just this way....

Cline Jewelers was our first stop when we began looking at engagement rings. I loved everything I saw there and the customer service was amazing, but I still needed to see what else was out there. After visiting another 5 big jewelry stores and seeing that everything looked the same and the customer service lacked, we decided we wanted to go back to Cline and support a local business. I’m so glad we did! We worked with Amara who is so sweet and knowledgeable. All of the jewelry at Cline is gorgeous and high quality. I was happy to hear that they would also be able to custom make a ring for me. Amara was able to pin point all the little details that were important to me and help design the ring of my dreams! ❤️ It’s truly perfect and I can’t stop staring at it. I get so many compliments on it so I’m quick to tell people, go to Cline! Since our experience there was so positive we decided we wanted to get our wedding bands there as well. Gina was wonderful to work with! Both rings turned out amazing. Mine was custom! It was really important to me to get his ring engraved to add a special touch. When I told Gina my idea for engraving, she said Sarah could make it happen. After it was done, Sarah sent pictures of the work. As soon as I saw it, I burst into tears. She matched the handwriting perfectly! My fiancé cried when he saw the engraving.

I purchased a custom engagement ring for my wife from Cline jewlers recently and the experience was incredible! (for context this review is coming from someone who has an extremely jaded view of the diamond tradition and the cultural pressure to define your relationships worth through spending thousands on dollars on rare stones! ) My opinions on our culture aside, I wanted my wife to feel honored, valued, and beautiful so I went to Cline with my mom with low expectations. They were incredible every step of the way, Anita made the process fun, approachable and not at all intimidating. They offered us an excellent trade in value on heirloom family jewelry that was out of style, collaborated on a design element of the engagement ring alongside us and allowed us to extract meaningful diamonds from family pieces to preserve the legacy while creating something very special and unique for the love of my life. The pricing on all this service was extremely fair and was approximately half of what I had expected to spend on an engagement ring, which allowed me to provide my wife to be with something truly special.

They also responded happily to a last minute request on my part to expidite the creation of the ring to meet a strict deadline AND provided a free resize when it was too big after the proposal.
