I was there to see Award-winning naturalist Mark H.X. Glenshaw, aka "The Owl Man," present "How to Find Owls in your Neighborhood."
After the presentation, I now know that I have been hearing a female barred owl in my own neighborhood many nights. I'll post a picture/video/audio if I can catch a photo of her.

Read moreThis is a great place for kids and adults. In the kids part their are chairs and a place for like toddlers to sit and read in. They have a lot of kid friendly books! Also in the kids part you can check out American girl dolls with a bucket of items to go with! You can check out audible books or movies! Also they have computers that you can do research on, and you can also rent a science kit for your kid or kids. And in the adult section their is just a whole bunch of books!
