My problem is not with the field but with the owner of the facility. My sons had visited Bing field several times and always enjoyed themselves. Last year they wanted to attend an event which required an online reservation. $50 per person. I signed them both up online via credit card. Several days before the event occurred, we had a situation come up and the boys were not able to attend the event. I called right away to cancel and requested a refund. I was told someone would contact me the next day. No call ever came. I called a total of 4 more times, and sent several emails to the owner. None was returned. I was never refunded my $100. I checked the event online and there was nothing mentioned about a non refundable fee. I contacted the BBB and they too never got a response from the owner regarding the situation. My review is for the owner of this facility. As owner, I would have expected a phone call or return email none of which I ever received. Very unprofessional. The BBB sent an email today saying they closed the case due to lack of contact with the owner of the business. What does that say about the ownership of this facility? If you do have an issue with the facility, do not expect a response...
Read moreMy most recent trip to the Bing Field was simply fantastic. I attended one of their Operations called Red Storm Rising 2 on Feb. 17th. My friend and I arrived at the field around 8am to try and get an early start to sign in and get our free custom dog tags (because we preregistered). The staff was exceptionally friendly and processed us through in a very timely manner. It is just really nice to get something extra for just preregistering when the cost isn't any extra at all. The games were a blast, we had specific missions to accomplish over the day that added into points that would determine the winner at the end of the event. At about half way through the day I soon noticed that there were over 250 people playing! I couldn't believe that an event could run so smoothly and be that fun with that large amount of people showing up to play. If you are looking for a great place to play airsoft or paintball, with a fun and polite staff that are very safety orientated, and to be honest one of the best priced parks I have personally ever been to, then head over to the Bing Field some time. My friends and I are going to start trying to attend every operation and start coming out for...
Read moreTried to play 3 times. 1st time was my fault, my batteries died in the cold. 2nd time was not my fault. Being my first time at the field I didn't know what to expect. When I tried to enter the field the ref inspected me to make sure I had everything I needed and he asked me if I had a my gun chrono tested. On a no answer he offered to do it then and there. When I loaded a mag he noticed I had white BBS instead of blue. This is when I learned you need their special, overpriced, low quality blue BBS to be able to play. The 3rd time I tried to enter the field, I was stopped by a different ref who told me I needed full seal facewear. Confused, I asked if my helmet visor and shemagh wasn't enough and got a no. I never got to play that day. If the website clearly stated the need for special BBS and facewear before driving 2 hours to get here then I would have no problem. Bonus star for a refund of $25
EDIT: if you decide to come here for some reason make sure to bring hundreds of dollars to spend here. Idk if the fields are good or not because I wasn't allowed to play. Just know that it's a huge unnecessary hassle to get on the field and...
