Excellent gear displays and I enjoyed how the told me if I needed to put different gear together and try it on to see if it fitted before I bought it was really nice. Now we get to the flip side because this shop has guns that were on display and at the time the only guy that I seen working there was busy helping a customer. Some teenagers came in and were taking rifles off the wall and dry firing them. I quickly brought it up with him and he asked them politely to not dry fire the guns and that it they wanted to see the guns that they should have asked first. So my problem with that was first having one employee at the store with no secondary for when it gets busy is kinda different. But also what would have happened if that one guy was busy and distracted and those kids accidentally broke a gun, put it back on the shelf and left and he would probably never had know that it had happened in the first place. Overall a good experience I would just double check what you are buying in terms of displayed guns. I doubt that they would sell you a broken gun intentionally but like I said you never know. Go check them out they have a really friendly staff. If you go to the bing park be prepared to buy their bbs even if you have bio bbs already. Something about them having problems with kids bringing nonbio bbs and that's not good for the environment. So remember it's a airsoft and paintball store so if you want to play either they have most of what you need. Hope that this helps you out. I hope that if you go you have a great experience. Besides the dry firing kids I would say I had a great time...
Read moreHorrible customer service. I went there for the first time today, a Wednesday morning, supposedly opening at 10AM. It says it opens at 10AM on weekdays on their website, but Google says it opens at 12. I trusted the website more, so I went at 10. Arrived just before 10, waited about 10 minutes, until about 10:05. Went to both doors, they were locked. I even knocked on both of them and no one was there, despite all the lights being on. I even went back to my car and waited another 10 minutes until about 10:15. Went, did the same thing, and nothing. No one there after the opening time posted on THEIR website. If the employees don't even have the care enough to change the time on their website to the correct opening time on weekdays, 12PM, then I can assume they care less about their jobs. If you want better customer service, order your guns off of Amazon, Evike, or pretty much ANY other place you can buy guns off of. And if your guns need to be repaired, just buy the parts, and do it yourself off of YouTube videos. A 2.5 hour trip, worth nothing....
Read morei've bought 3 guns from the Bingshop. 2 of 3 wouldn't work from the get-go. there is a warranty, and they gladly take a look at it, which is nice. However its disconcerting to spend 360 on a rifle to have a piece missing from hop-up, or 170 on a pistol and the magazine leaks to the point it is impossible to fill it and fire the gun.
As for the staff, they are cool folks, and will at least give some reasonable advice when it comes to looking for what you want. They can be a touch heavy on the language with each other, openly in front of customers like no one is around, not a huge deal, but something to note.
Tech knows his business inside and out so if you drop it off for service, itt'l get fixed no problem, but it takes a LONG time, even for what turns out to be a simple fix. Likely to do with the volume of guns they sell/fix.
all in all, decent place, but im now reluctant of buying air soft...
