(Zales) Assistant Manager at this location is an extremely rude person!! No tact! Stay away!!
First of all. If I could rate lower I would. I came into get my jewelry inspected but didn’t have my diamond bond with me. I asked the young lady waiting on me to look it up but she was unable to find anything in the computer. She called the assistant manager( name unknown) since she never introduced herself to me.
I asked her to call the Zales I originally purchased the ring from. She answerered” I don’t even see proof of purchase for this ring. Having horrible signal on my cellphone I try calling the other zales. Mind you I struggled with placing this call for about 4 minutes. Not once did she say “here use our land line” or better yet I’ll call and get this squared away for you.
I’ve been doing business with Zales for 15 years, all over the U. S and never had such lack of customer service. I finally get the call through. By then she’s walked away from me to the next customer, never says I’ll be right back or I’ll get someone to come assist you. Nothing!!
I wait and she never comes back. I walk over to tell her and tell her “I was planning to make a purchase as well, but I see you can’t be bothered with me” and walked out.
I return after an hour later looking for the manager. I’m told she’s off today. So I asked for the DM and the assistant manager tells me “Call customer Service”
She then says “you yelled at me earlier” “So I’m calling security if you don’t leave”!!
Way to go!! Where’s the management training? The best way to handle my dissatisfaction with your service is to threaten me with calling security in a store full of customers” I left, called Customer service and I’m waiting to hear from DM.
There is no wonder why this store is so poorly rated,

Read moreWhy does El Paso only have one mall?!!! Ugh avoid coming to this mall on the weekends!!! YOU WILL NOT FIND ANY PARKING. People literally park alongside the roads and wherever they can find a spot.
Finding a parking spot on the weekends can literally take more then 20 minutes. They do have security driving around the premises but I have seen people bump into parked cars and they have just driven away, so beware. Come during the weekdays as it is parking galore.
There are tons of stores in this mall so you can find everything your looking for here. There are no high end stores but you will find your typical stores that are in every other mall.
The inside is just as bad as the parking situation on the weekends. People come in huge crowds and they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO WALK. They stop midway and if your not paying attention you will run into them. There are no "excuse me's" here and if you do say it you get looked at weirdly. Crowds are huge and don't even think about visiting the food court on weekends. You will NOT find a table anywhere and lines are ridiculous.
Avoid this mall on the weekends and be warned that I've seen a handful of people come dressed thinking this was the strip club. Are those shorts or underwear? Gross.

Read moreI had been looking all day Saturday and a good part of Sunday for a screen protector, but lately it's getting increasingly difficult finding anything for Sony Xperia phones, I had basically given up, having asked in several places, and they all have me the same answer, no Sony, just Apple and Samsung. On the second floor near an elevator I decided to ask one last place, a stand that had iPhone cases on display, this wonderful young woman working there couldn't find one at her stand, but she went out of her way to ask another stand they had in the mall, and sure enough, they had one for my device. She did a great job installing it, it only took a couple of minutes, and I have no lint or bubbles under it. Loved the service, and I would definitely recommend the place. I believe it was called, and please correct me if I'm wrong, Cover Shield. I give it 5 out of 5 stars. I will visit the place again next time I buy a new...
