Horrible customer service. I walked in and 3 or 4 women were standing by the door. Not even one greeted me. I was looked up and down instead. I needed one specific item and they all saw me walking around looking for it. Two more women passed by me, not even a hello or a smile towards the only customer in the store. When I finally found what I was looking for, I stood by the register waiting until someone came. One woman came over, not a hello or anything. She informed me the minimum for card purchase is $5, I had to run to the car to get cash. When I came back, she stood in my way instead of nicely letting me know to approach the register again so I could pay for my item. She gave me my change and no receipt. Horrible experience need to hire better employee who don’t gossip about customers who aren’t so rude and ignorant some girl YARIN was rude when I said excuse me twice to go through she ignored me and acted like the aile was hers. When she charged me my recipt said I was charged 3 items for 5.50 and the lashes have that deal so I went back bc I only got 2 lashes from that brand and she charged me the wipes as the third items I thought it was for lashes as the deal says. I go back to ask and she started counting my stuff to my face like I’m a little kid ? Pretty sad that employees can not speak English. Went to employee and asked for help and all she did was stare at me. After a while she said “espanol”. For a while there I thought I was in Mexico! What happened to hiring English speakers! We live in a military city. We get a lot of non Spanish speakers.
