"A" for effort. They don't bother diagnosing anything and just try to scam you out your money. For a "$60 diagnosis fee" that told me "my cpu was burned out". He did mention "and/or bad" and on the bad part he was right about the motherboard. But wouldn't you know it, replaced the motherboard and the cpu works! Maybe I'm magic but I have just about the same expertise then so I could open up my shop. There's more i'd like to put but it's already a waste of time so...stay to phone screens and ps5s you "professionals" but don't try to immediately sell me a pc because you don't know any better despite saying you've "built thousands of PCs". But hey got 4 screws for 60 bucks so...good...

After calling around to different tech repair shops, I found one that actually repaired the encoder chip on Xbox. I was surprised that they would diagnose the problem for free. He (Ismael or Israel) told me that they would call me in a couple of hours to let me know the issue. Even before I got home I got the call and was told it was two issues and he could fix both for a VERY reasonable price. The repair was done very quick and tested it in front of me to make sure I was satisfied. I’m so glad I didn’t get the run around and wasn’t sold extra repairs I didn’t need. Highly recommend this clean, organized, professional shop for any tech repairs....

I spoke one person was very nice I scheduled a call the next day so I could give him my billing info so he could order the parts need for my cell . Well next day all calls went to VM no one ever returned my call I also left several messages the following days and still no return call. I sent email and no one replied. So I am happy it didn't work out because this is a clear indication they don't care about helping and do not care being a good business that we as consumers could rely on. Moved on to Geek Squad cost .e the same they were going to charge and fixed...
