Worst customer service ever. Husband tried to get help and the person wasn’t in front to take care of customers. On top of that they assumed the order hubby was picking up. Hubby told him that doordash sent message saying order was ready but they didn’t even start it. Waited 10 minutes when started talking louder to get someone’s attention for help. Was meet with rude employee. Employee stated they would ban him from location because they didn’t say order was ready because they don’t know how to work their systems. They tried to ban him because he said truth and because he was white. Once someone who was Mexican walked in they tried to help that person asap. This place will not treat anyone good unless...

I ordered 2 orders of gorditas, plate was not worth the price. I asked for the green salsa and the one with aguacate n they said i could only get the red one. At first I thought they ran out but he said the green ones were only for the flautas so I ordered 1 of each on the side n they refused to sell it to me. He repeated as if I had not understood the green ones were only for the faltas. the plate came with 3 gorditas, rice, beans, some chips on top of the beans and ONLY HALF a Tortilla! My family were the only customers in the restaurant, but even though it wasn’t busy we waited at least 10-15 mins for the first couple of plates. But the last plate came out another 10 mins later. No tostadas, which is usually a given, but okay. But when they brought out our French fries, they gave us empty ketchup bottles. When we asked for ketchup, we were told they were out. The door dash people were served quicker than we the in house customers were. So if you want to wait at least an hour for your food, don't mind hearing ‘no’ from the cashier when you ask for basic things a restaurant should have, and not having any staff come check you at all, then this is the...
