Pizza Hut — Restaurant in El Paso

I ordered a pizza last night that looked as if it was cooked on Wednesday. It was delivered cold and did not look fresh. This location doesn’t even have its own drivers, they outsource Door Dash couriers and it was not hand delivered in a food bag. I called the store and was first placed on a 6min hold. I hung up and called back to express my concerns and let it be known that the food was in very poor quality. I spoke with someone name Elijah and he offered a store credit which I declined because I had zero desire in giving this location another chance. I was told I would have to wait until the manager came in the next day and that I would be contacted. That didn’t happen. I made a trip to the store and spoke with the manager Cedric who told me I couldn’t get a refund because their policy is for their Regional or District Manager to approve it. I was told that his name is Oscar. I returned him o my vehicle to write this review and while doing so the store manager walked out with cash and said he would rather take care of it then instead of having me wait. I’m glad I did not immediately drive away because who knows how it would have been handled had I immediately left the premises. Look... there is absolutely no way this happens to me twice in a week. So, about a week ago, my brother and I order a 5 dollar line up, online. It was three medium pepperoni pizzas and some breadsticks. We wait 20 minutes and show up. We wait and wait and wait, while asking 2 separate times if our order was ready. I finally decide 25 minutes of waiting is enough and ask for my money back... magically the pizza appears and it’s been on the warmer for almost 40 minutes. The pizza tasted like cardboard and was DRYYY. My brother and I just tossed it because it was so bad. The manager gives me a 15 dollar store credit which I just tried to redeem today and guess what, that pizza was 25 minutes late too. Never going back! The pizza has always been kind of mediocre here, but I continue to hope it gets better because it’s in a close and convenient location, but after these two incidents, with the same manager on duty (pink hair and goes by Tuli), I do not recommend going here if you’re hungry, and expect professional and...

Customer service is no where to be found at this Pizza Hut, no one greets you when you walk in and when someone comes out from the back they tell you to sit where ever then the server takes off and goes to the back and comes back 15 minutes later. After ordering it took 25 minutes to get our Pizza that was greasy and toppings are cut sooooo thin! We saw other customers completely ignored, a lady had to go ask if they were going to be helped. Where is the manager? Where is the owner? They are no where to be found! The lack of management and owner not working during peak hours is just telling customers WE DON"T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The owner just replies after bad reviews with the same cookie cutter excuse he uses (read the reviews) but is doing nothing to fix his lack of management. We felt sorry for the server because she was trying her best to keep positive and she did a good job, no blame goes to her. I have never seen such bad management in my 32 years in management.
