What a cool shopping/dining "strip mall". Very So Cal. I think all the restaurants have large outdoor seating areas. No McDonald's or food court fodder here. All the restaurants definitely have a modern, hip vibe. Lots of healthy type foods, but also tasty. The large courtyard/green space area has seating and an area where kids can play. There is an ice cream stand and full bar in the courtyard area as well. The bar had live acoustic music which made the atmosphere feel homey and intimate. To me, this is the largest pain point. There are many times when parking is quite full, and you have to park very far away from the shops. Not ideal
The Point itself is very nice, with ample green space, concerts, movies on the green, places to relax and more. The current open locations are interesting, but it still feels a bit sparse as you walk by "coming in October", etc. closed store fronts.
