The best thing about this hotel is that once in my room I had no idea it was so close to one of the busiest airports! Nice and sound proof. Room was clean and well appointed. Bathroom was ok- pretty low flow shower and towels were not very soft at all. Nothing worse than a scratchy towel on your face. Restaurant was an awful experience. I got in late, around 9 pm, & needed something to eat. I figured I'd go down & order in person and carry it back to my room. Went to bar & was told to go across to an order kiosk. A server met me there and said he could take my order if I'd like. I asked a question about something and he did not know the answer so he went to the bar to ask, cane back without the answer I wanted. So I ordered soup and a salad, pretty quick and easy I thought. Almost a half hour later I got my order. Now, I ordered french onion soup- maybe not easy to go (I figured I'd get a bowl to take to my room like a room service order). But for $12.50 I got a snall paper bowl that was barely warm with a slab of sliced cheese on top. I asked for it to be hot, but when it came back it was still lukewarm with cold cheese on top. I was told that was all they could do because otherwise it would burn. I returned the sad attempt at soup and got a massive slice of cheesecake instead! At least that was good. Side salad was decent as well. None of the restaurant staff was remotely hospitable throughout the whole process. Granted it was late, but when you're an airport hotel that caters to travelers arriving all day and night, you will have customers all day and night. Overall, I'd probably stay there again if needed but I'll bring or order in my own food. They did have a great park & stay deal that included 7 nights of parking.

Check-in: - front desk gave each of us a complimentary water bottle on arrival - there is a $50 security deposit on your credit card on arrival even if you book your room through a 3rd party Room: - photos are of an accessible room with double beds - bathroom only had a small conditioner and a bar of soap (no shampoo or body wash), so if you think you'll need more I'd recommend asking. This was enough for us as we were just staying the night before an early flight Removed a star because: - one of the double beds wasn't very clean. Maybe a previous guest had appeared to have only used 1 bed so staff didn't bother cleaning the 2nd but the sheets actually needed to be washed. We were able to use the other bed. - bathtub drained slowly, so the water reached above the ankles by the end of a short shower Check-out: - we just dropped our cards in the basket - shuttle bus picks you up at the lobby entrance - shuttle bus comes every 20 minutes and you don't need to call ahead. They filled two shuttles at 5:40 am and most of them were airline staff so it's a good sign that the shuttle here is reliable - look up your terminal (A, B or C) beforehand so you know where to get off. The bus driver knew the terminal for our airline but that might not always be the case - having an on-time shuttle was the most important thing for us, so thank you for that

Excellent hotel and close to Newark Airport. The hotel is lovely and the staff are helpful friendly and attentive. Room accommodations and very nice with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Prices are on the higher side but expected for a Hilton and for what you get. Airport parking is available on site but there is a parking fee. They offer an airport shuttle to the airport that is fast and on time. They have a lovely restaurant with a full bar and the food is wonderful. We stopped in to grab a bite and I was very pleased with the restaurant and food. We tried their steak and fries and the pork chop. The steak was delicious tasty and very good with great fries and the pork was amazing. For the size of the pork which was large you would think it was going to be dry and maybe a little tough as pork usually can be with a large piece but it was as tender as a steak. It really was amazing how tender it was and it came with mashed potatoes and some cabbage on the side. Prices are on the high side but that too is to be expected with a hotel restaurant. If the food tastes great and the portions are large and you walk out satisfied then you don't mind spending a little more. Nice tables and booths with great and friendly service. Loved it. Will definitely be back.

The saving grace at this Hilton was the exceptional service I encountered. The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. From Percy, the shuttle-bus driver to Alexandro at the front desk, everyone I encountered was personable and eager to help. The room left a a lot to be desired. I try not to be biased as the Hilton name automatically brings higher expectations, yet I couldn’t help being reminded how I used to gather bath and bedding ideas from Hilton but at this location there were indeed some of the same known features but just worn and grimy. My bedsheet had a hole in it and the fresh folded towel I picked from the rack had a dirty smudge on it. These slight imperfections are absolutely nothing one would raise a fuss about, yet a surprise finding at any Hilton. The only other irritation which put the nail on the coffin was discovering no coffee for the coffeemaker in the room, only teas. That was a first for me. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. I had the sleep I needed before my connection. Besides not quite feeling like a Hilton, it functioned as a decent hotel and I would recommend it for the convenience, service, and amenities.

Staying at the Hilton Newark Airport was a blend of convenience and small hitches. Arriving was a bit of a scramble-I had to navigate the air train to P4 parking to find the hotel shuttle. But once on board, the hassle seemed to melt away as the shuttle whisked me effortlessly to the hotel. Stepping into my room, I was pleasantly surprised with its size as compared with other Newark airport hotels like the Marriott. The Hilton offered more spacious accommodations at a lower price point. It provided me with good comfort, with ample space to spread out my luggages to repack my stuff, and prepare for the next leg of my journey. The shuttle back to the airport was the epitome of efficiency, ensuring a smooth end to my stay. While the initial hustle of arrival might have been a slight inconvenience, the overall experience at the Hilton Newark Airport was positive and well worth it for the space, price & service.
