North Elizabeth — Attraction in Elizabeth

This station is trash. First, not all trains stop by here even tho they're not express. Second: There are no ticket machines on track 4 -You have to go to the other side to track 1, mind you it's not just going under a tunnel, you have to get out of the station, walk down the road thru the parking lot (add at least 7 more minutes extra to your alarm so you don't miss your train), coz the main entrance to track 4 has been closed out since last year -and no signs of reconstruction whatsoever (bfore anyone bit--says anything i cant buy them on app due to shi- some circumstances). Third: there was a time when I paid for my ticket and machine (im guessing) ran out of paper so my broke butt was now out of $4.00 and no bit-- i mean tickets. When I asked another time train personnel, he told me to call them... i looked around and saw no # nor email on the dang machine (Thanks for nothing pal) and tho there is a little booth in track 1, I've never seen anyone there for all the years I've commuted and of course you guessed it: no bathrooms 🫠 for all the taxes they suck out of us this feels like a slap on the bottom cheek. Now that the instituted this new scan system, this now the absolute worst part of my commute. I'm outraged at the additional fees. And I spent 25minutes trying to purchase a daily ticket on the scan code. I had to finally download the app to finally make the purchase. Next, I go to purchase my round trip and the machine is down. I can't make this up. The experience was already flawed with the slow attendant, inoperable machine. I never knew if I had to pay by cash or card....

Half of the platform has been close off for 3 years making it almost impossible to catch the train on time unless I’m 20 minutes early which is not fair and only have one ticket machine to relied on that doesn’t work !!! Sometimes I even pay additional 5$ fee While Ridding because there are no helpful resources on this platform!! Please go to Elizabeth train station !!! NOT NORTH ELIZABETH !!! I will reach out to the higher authority to get this matter...
