Jumps N' Jiggles Indoor Playground & Carousel — Attraction in Elk Grove Township

Update: I came back a couple months later and they cleaned and fixed up the area I mentioned. Great! However, it was a warmer than normal early spring. My toddler was crying all the way at the top of the play gym for me to get him down. I thought he was hurt and I crawled all the way up to get him. I’m not exaggerating when it felt like a sauna up there, about 90 degrees, I could barely breathe. He was drenched in sweat and said it was too hot and to get him out. I asked the staff if they could turn the heat down. They said they’re aware of the problem but they don’t have control of the thermostat in that room. I went to the front desk and they said there’s nothing they can do. So we had to leave because it was unsafe for him to play.

Been wanting to come here for quite some time. My child loved it but I won’t return until they do something about this mold and urine smelling area. Had a birthday party and the staff was so helpful. Everyone had a wonderful time at the party and setup/cleanup was a breeze! This place is crazy popular for birthday parties and Deb was great with giving me several date options to see what worked best for my family. Communication via email and phone was clear, complete, and courteous. The 3 ladies working the event jumped right in with helping set up the birthday party decorations and food offering suggestions for food location to make it work best for the guests. They were so nice and stayed on top of having our water jug filled or emptying out the garbage. I really appreciated their hard work in making our event run smoothly. Everyone had such a great time that my family was saying to book this for next year already!
