Positives: Friendly Staff, Quick responses for online price quotes
Negative: Overpriced
Nice people, responded quickly to my online price inquiry. However, they're overpriced. My Galaxy S10+ had the glass cracked, but the display, touch screen responsiveness, and in screen fingerprint sensor still work perfectly. The only thing that needed to be fixed was the glass on the outer layer, and it was quoted as a $450-$500 repair. If you can afford it I've heard they do good work, but shopping around I found other places that are just as highly reviewed and can do the repair for about 200 bucks cheaper including Samsung themselves.
Edit: I tried to get a laptop battery replaced, and they refused service because of the above review. Completely unprofessional staff, don't waste your money or time here.
Edit 2: Owner will lie to make himself look like the reviewers are leaving unfair reviews. Claims his prices are high because of costs of parts, which is obviously untrue, because I got the repair done at Jet City Electronics repair for 315 after tax, but this location claims the part costs 379, which is how he justifies a 500 dollar...

Brought my phone in to get glass repaired, but they said they were too busy to fix it the day i brought it in and to come by first thing in the morning during a week day. So i do. 9:00 am when it first opens I bring my phone in and fill out the paper work. I work the night shift so I go to bed, tossing and turning about the status of my phone. Then at 2:00 PM I give them a call and they haven't even looked at the phone. Finally 3 hours later I call them again and they say they don't replace glass on iPhones. So I wake up, throw on my cloths and pick up my broken phone. Horrible waste of time. BUSINESS OWNER THEN CALLS ME TO THREATEN TO SUE FOR DISPARAGEMENT DUE TO THIS REVIEW, LUCKILY NO FALSE STATEMENT HAS BEEN MADE. He gave me consistent updates, was honest and transparent throughout the whole process, and gave me recommendations for the future when I treat myself to a new (or refurbished) laptop. The issue was a catastrophic drive failure in my oft-abused Acer, so he backed up my old drive, gave me options for drive replacement, ported everything over, and had it back to me within a week. He even showed me a chart of my drive's performance compared to a healthy drive and described some of the mechanical issues going on with the drive.
