Super cute gem! The Red Pickle is more like the pickle palace of food! Although they have no “pickle” dishes the cuisine is A-Mazing! The Rosemary fries are crazy good and the wasabi fries were the groups conversation! They loved them❤️! Our server David, as was the rest of the staff, is friendly, knowledgeable and quick with service. I have to say in a time where service is average at best…. I felt transported back to pre Covid times when staff was happy and genuine in their care for you as their customer! You won’t be disappointed in the drinks either! I got the strawberry mint sangria and it was fab! The rest of the family got the jalapeño margarita and it was sweet, tangy and mildly spicy all at once. A treasure trove for your mouth. The grandkids offered a “chef’s kiss” for their review (the highest compliment) and our food had interesting and balanced spins on everything they offered. The infusions they offer is worth coming back for again and again! And!!!!! Dog friendly in the outdoor seating area! Please stop by and support this small business ❤️. Upon entering, we are greeted with a vibrant dining area. Although the layout is a bit unusual, it feels comfortable and inviting. I must caution that the large table for six to eight people is a few inches too tall for the chairs, but it's a beautifully hand-carved piece. Today was a busy Friday lunch, the day after the Fourth of July, but the service was good. I look forward to returning during a quieter time to see if the service is flawless. Let's focus on the food. The burgers are generous and delicious, and the tilapia tacos are absolutely delightful. The simplicity of soft double corn tortillas, diced fruit, thinly sliced cabbage, and cilantro creates a tasty treat. The amount of fish in each taco is impressive, and the seasoning on the fish, along with the simple taco sauce, adds a wonderful flavor to the already tasty tacos. I recommend coming in for the tacos, the goucito, and especially the rosemary fries. And while you're at it, keep calm and red pickle on!

Dropped by for a quick bite- it was understandably not quick. The staff were busy and running around, so it took nearly 15 minutes after being seated to be served. The decor, walls, and tables were worn, but I like knowing it’s likely because it’s been around and people are coming here. There’s a wide variety of menu items which sounded delicious. When my chorizo burger came… the fries were decent, but the meat was lacking. Loved the pretzel bun, it gave the burger heft. In the end, it’s a bit overpriced for what it was. !! The only thing I would warn is to look at your water cup beforehand… the cup pictured is my significant other’s. There were floaty bits and the cup had debris on it as if it was not washed well. We asked for a different water. Then I watched a nice waitress fill up waters for other customers, she noticed some stuff on the cup and picked at it before STILL SERVING the waters. Unfortunate because the staff were super friendly and nice.

I feel so lucky to have been able to catch the Red Pickle as the last possible moment to get their final Red Pickle Series IV for the Ellensburg Restaurant month. The first course, the shrimp ceviche with the blue corn tortilla and radish was the best ceviche i have ever had. All the flavors were so balanced, the lime was perfect! Crunching into the torilla was my favorite part. With the garlic aioli! So good! The main course, the Pollo en Crema, WOW just wow. This dish took my soul straight out of Ellensburg. The beans were perfectly flavored, i could tell they were cooked with the flavors of meat. The rice and its seasonings was so good on its own even! Perfect consistency. The mushrooms and chicken!!! Amazing! Both so juicy. The chicken was tender in all the best ways and seemed to melt in my mouth, and with the creamy gravy, so divine! They could have told me this dish came straight from heaven and i would have believed it. I almost couldnt be more amazed but then i tried the strawberry and banana taquitos. What an experience. The flavors in my mouth were dancing. Strawberry and banana of course are a perfect pairing, who could deny? But in these taquitos?! My mind could have never imagined. Paired with the tamarind sauce, it tastes soooo expensive and homey at the same time. I feel so happy eating it, like i could eat it forever. The sweet and sour zang is like none i have ever tasted before. I usually dont like sweet and sour foods. But this i could eat everyday. The display of every dish was very gorgeous and well thought out. The staff was so amazing, kind, and attentive. This course meal was truly a unique experience i am so thankful is in Ellensburg. I really hope to see more of these dishes!! Thank you so...

The crew at the Red Pickle truly blew me away with their exceptional service and delicious, Guatemalan-inspired cuisine. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The restaurant itself had a cozy and inviting feel, with vibrant colors and decorations that gave it a distinct Latin American flair.

The food, however, was the real star of the show. I ordered the cheesesteak and cajun fries, and I was blown away by the explosion of flavor in each bite. The Spanish influence was evident in the colorful and beautifully presented dishes, which were clearly made with the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

What really stood out to me was the attention to detail that went into every aspect of the meal. The cheesesteak was perfectly cooked and seasoned, with just the right amount of spice and a rich, savory flavor. The cajun fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of heat.

But what really set the Red Pickle apart was the dedication of the staff to providing exceptional service. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about ensuring that each and every customer had a memorable dining experience.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Red Pickle to anyone looking for delicious, authentic Guatemalan cuisine with a unique twist. The combination of fantastic food and exceptional service made for a truly unforgettable meal. Kudos to the entire crew for their dedication to providing such a wonderful...
