The customer service at this mother & daughter owned shop is top-notch!

My daughter had a very specific vision for her prom dress and we went to numerous shops but couldn't find anything that was quite right. Although the shop was very busy when we arrived, the daughter helped us look for options that were similar to what we had in mind and when we couldn't find it, offered up their catalogs of dresses and were told that we could order and have a dress arrive within a week. This was the first shop that we have been to that offered this option and we were able to find a great dress that ticked all the boxes my daughter was looking for. They were extremely patient while we looked through the books as it was close to closing time on Saturday, but still made sure to get my daughter's measurements to make sure we were getting the closest size.

Communication was great - they let us know by Monday that they dress was available and then called on Thursday to let us know it had arrived. It fit perfectly and will only need a very small adjustment to a strap that they said they can complete by Wednesday.

The shop is fairly small and only has a single changing room, but the attentive and friendly customer service...

As a senior, its been such a hectic process going through all the senior events for this year. Going into prom, I had no idea what I was wanted to get for my dress other than a couple of inspo ideas. I was shopping for my daughter who has a semi formal event coming up. We looked at the dresses and they were mostly formal. Fortunately the lady that helped us said we can look at catalogs and they can order from them and we can also have the dress altered for a low cost. We found a dress within our budget and it arrived in a week. The alterations are being done now and they will be done in less than a week.
