DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE! If I could I would give them negative stars. After stopping in and buying 5 items we left and realized they charged us for 6. We then turned around and arrived at 9:01PM Tyler and another girl I never got the name for told us they had already closed the register when we had literally went down one street. They told us they could fix the problem the next day. I said fine. Even though that was the only day we were able to stop in. My friend and I cane in the next day to get the refund. Tyler so called her manager and said she would be putting a charge back onto the credit card. She did, as so we thought. The next day we called the bank to make sure the money was refunded and the bank informed us that the same amount had been processed. So now they charged us twice the amount for something we never bought. We went back as soon as we heard that. We talked to Tyler who âhelpedâ us the past couple days. I demanded to talk to her manager. She gave me two phone numbers to call. I called both and surprisingly the same person picked up both phones and said they were an IT for Lovers. After she realized we were not leaving she called her manager herself. So not only did she overcharge us, she lied to us about the number. She stated that the manger would be here in 10 minutes. At 9:28 she told us this. The manager did not arrive until 20 minutes later. Jamilla, the manager, was very cooperative. She was very understanding. She helped us out. It would have not have been such a big deal if the refund was given the first time and their employee did not lie multiple times. Again her name was Tyler, I do not know if that is her real name sense she continued to lie, she has purple hair . Thank you...
   Read moreI bought a couple of items totaling over $150 with Tyler (has purple hair) as the cashier. I leave the store & notice she double charged me on item. Iâm sitting in my vehicle when I notice the mistake and immediately head back. Tyler and other worker (name unknown) informed me the register was closed already & to come back tomorrow. I showed up the next day & Tyler is there to âhelpâ with the mistake. Instead of getting reimbursed, she charged the item to my card AGAIN it has now gone from 2x to 3x. I go back a 3rd time to get a refund and ask for the manger this time. Tyler is here again and gives me a number to call. My friend calls the âmangerâ for me while Iâm talking to Tyler about the charges. She straight up lied to my face claiming the phone number was her mangers, which it wasnât. Tyler probably realized I wasnât leaving and miraculously remembered the mangers number 15 mins later. Thank God for Jamilla (manger) who drove to the store to fix Tylerâs mistake. Jamilla was very professional and apologized for Tylerâs mistake.

   Read moreBeen to this store several times and I've been impressed by their customer service every-time. My last trip however is what impressed me enough to leave a review. I bought a gift set online to surprise my wife for valentines day and it got here the day before with one of the products being defective. I took it to this location and was told that they couldn't do anything until customer service started the process since is was bought online. I told them the situation so they pointed me where to call and gave me a pen in case they needed to write anything down. I called and hit voice-mail twice. When I was about to go in and return their pen, one of their workers came out and told me that they got in touch with customer service and got the issue resolved so they could replace my defective product. I didn't get their names, but thank you to this stores employees for doing that for me. You went above and beyond and I will keep returning to this location in the future...
