The first time I called to ask if they had a phone I was hung up on. Said OK whatever, bought a phone anyways. Got home and the speaker was blown and so I drove 40 back minutes to exchange it. Also, they would only take cash or zelle so beware! Zelle was not an option because my phone was broken, which is why i was there! Got the new phone with a screen protector on it with a hole in the middle of the screen. Said OK whatever, got home and went to remove the screen protector and it was stuck on the screen where the weird hole was. Called back and I was told "I would rather refund your money than do an exchange". All in all just a really bad experience but I was desperate for a phone and do not have the money to buy a new one. Luckily with lots of perseverance, determination to not have to drive back a 3rd time, a hair dryer and some rubbing alcohol I got the thing off. Found them through Facebook ad. My old Galaxy s20 ultra 5G was well used and I just needed a "less used" one and kept the old as backup. I didn't want to learn a new phone nor spend the money on a brand new phone.

Amit completed the transaction. After I got home the phone started having issues. (None of which could be duplicated in the store) I was a little disappointed because often you can just get stuck when you buy this sort of product "not new".

Upon explaining the issue to Amit he believed my explanation, got me another phone (which works perfectly) and returned the defective one so it wouldn't be sold again.

Again, this was a hardware issue that the store had no way of knowing about. Not only do they have the products they advertise. They stand behind their sales.
