I walked in. The owner immediately greeted me while she was working on the hair for three small kids. She was patient with the children and communicated very well with their father on what they wanted. She apologized profusely for me having to wait for only like 20 minutes. I've had to wait for 90 minutes at other places often, so this wait was nothing and she was very sweet about the minor delay. I got a high fade which she did really well.
