South Point Plaza — Attraction in Everett

As much as everyone else, I try to keep up w/the latest technology. However, as we ALL know, it can get expensive. I had some documents that needed to be copied, & faxed. I don't have a fax machine, copier, scanner, etc & had to go find a place that still did. Lucky for me, The UPS Store does still do exactly that, + MANY other services to get your items to where they need to be by a certain deadline. I was helped by 2 outstandingly helpful, patient, courteous, yet professional employees there. I got the copies & the faxes I needed done, & the receiver was able to get them before the deadline. I take my service dog everywhere with me. While I was shopping a man in all black was saying hello to Archer, my dog. He asked permission and was very polite about it. There was something off with him because Archer started barking at him. Archer has never done this before towards anyone who petted him. Archer couldn't take his attention from this gentleman. As if the gentleman was going to harm us. The only time he has been scared of someone, was when he met a younger boy that was mentally retarded, he had not yet experienced that. He can tell when something is wrong and I trust my dog's judgment. One of the employees was not okay with him barking. I understand that, at the same time my dog was doing his job.
