Fair Lawn Promenade — Attraction in Fair Lawn

My wife and I moved into Fair Lawn Promenade on September 1, 2014. For the vast majority of our married life we have always lived in Houses and were literally petrified over the thought of downsizing into an Apartment after living in a 6000 square foot house in Franklin Lakes right before this. From the first moment we visited the Fair Lawn Promenade while it was under construction both my wife and I felt right at home. As a kid growing up in Fair Lawn and residing there all through my formative years it brought back pleasant memories and made the transition for me so much easier. We were initially met by the Promenade Property Manager Robyn Standler who was and continues to be a true professional in every way and an asset to Garden Communitites. Robyn understood our anxieties about making the transition from a large home to an apartment and was very understanding and highly professional. She took the time to show us around the complex answering tons of questions and reassured us every step of the way! To this day 18 months later, Robyn exudes the same personality attributes that helped us make this most difficult transition. Robyn has an open door policy and is always there to help us and answer even the most trivial questions It should be noted that the staff she hired around her have been trained to be the same way professional. helpful, understanding and going the extra mile to ensure everybody has a pleasant and comfortable living experience. The Concierges, Superintendent and even the Custodian always make us feel like home and are always accommodating which reflects highly on the Property Manager's insistence on professionalism at all times.Last year we were fortunate enough to attend a party hosted by Robyn Standler outside by the Gazebo where we were able to socialize with other residents meet the staff in a relaxing atmosphere and some of the residents we met I ended up doing business with-a truly great networking opportunity. Having the stores and restaurants in close proximity to the Promenade is an added plus especially in the snow and hazardous weather where we can just stroll leisurely to the various eating establishments. The real bonus to living at the Promenade which no other Garden Community apartment complex can offer is living next door to Nabisco where the delicious smell of freshly baked cookies fill the air each and every day! In summation my wife and I have grown to love apartment living almost as much as living in our own home. The ammenities of having a gym open 24/7 as well as the Social area is another huge plus. We would not hesitate to recommend anyone to live at the Fair Lawn Promenade, and in fact I have recommended 3 people I know to live there and they all signed leases. Hi, my name is Kate. I've been living in this fantastic complex for over two years now and no doubt that planning to stay for more years to come! As many of you who is living here would absolutely agree with me then I say that we have best people taking care of us here! Our lovely and super friendly Robin who manages the place is always there to listen,help and find solution for your request or need. She will always greet you with a smile and finds time to chat with you. Our wonderful team of Consierges: Bill, Al, Tom (these guys are my favorites :) just great people with super great friendly personalities. Anything you need - they always there to help! Our "super" Super Tim - we all know how great and extremely friendly he is! You have problem-you call Tim! Few minutes later Tim is at your door-smiling and ready to fix all your problems!(if not-he will find someone who can! :) Mark keeps this place tidy clean, we have great dining and shopping surroundings,reliable security system and great gym! This is The Best Place To Live!!! I just want to thank all these amazing people that I mentioned before for making this place worth...

Lived in the Promenade for 5 years, just moved because changing cities but had a great 5 years and I will miss it! Loved my modern clean apt. with washer and dryer in apt., the friendly helpful staff who even knew my name, the super who was always available to fix problems same day. The bldg is spotless, elevators always clean and sparkling, hall carpets vacuumed often. The lobbies are modern and huge, the halls are nice and wide, and there are no lingering cooking smells. It actually feels like a hotel not an apt bldg. It’s located in great strip mall with wonderful hair salon - Moxie’s , Starbucks and restaurants - and of course within walking distance to train station. The 2 bldgs are by far the nicest rentals in the area and I was just lucky to have lived there. I highly recommend this apartment complex if you want to rent in...
