Dollar Tree — Local services in Fair Lawn

I had a HORRIBLE experience today in Store #4749 (Fair Lawn, NJ) with a cashier named Anna. After waiting on the (single) line with two registers open, my turn came, and I moved up to one of the open registers as the previous customer was finishing up. Anna indicated that there was only one line, and that I need to go to the back. I politely explained that I DID wait on the line as required, that I'm the next customer in the queue (the customer in front of me verified this, since we had chatted while on line), and that further explanations will not be needed. She proceeded to become very defensive, sarcastic, belligerent, argumentative, and extremely unprofessional, hurling all sorts of insults at me (calling me, among other things, an "old man" -- I'm only 47, by the way -- and saying I was "acting like a baby" because I wouldn't tolerate her insults). She also stated at me aggressively and threateningly at me as I was checking out at the other register. What a terrible representative of this company. I'm in the process of filing a formal complaint with the corporate headquarters. I demand that Anna be FIRED,...

It's a very busy Marketplace. It has been stocked with a variety of household products... A very reasonable convenient store for people live in the Fair Lawn and adjacent communities. And of course, prices are reasonable, though on some items an extra $0:25c has been added. However, it's still a wonderful Marketplace for those who are searching for reasonable prices, as cost of living continues to increase. The Management and staff are courteous and helpful. Check it out! Everything is now priced at $1:25 per item. All shoppers are advised to take shopping bag/s along with them. Currently, the store doesn't provide any shopping bags, not even for sale as most of the other businesses do. Notwithstanding this incovenience, it's still a very good Marketplace to shop! This Marketplace is certainly making a difference in the Communities it serves. Customers and others are always shopping at this center. It's well stocked with so many household products. And the staffers are so helpful. Lovely place to continue...

I have been going here EVERY Saturday but that's changing after an employee has decided to target me. I went Xmas Eve and waited on a line for 20-25 mins and once it was my turn & all my stuff was on the belt the female employee ignored my existence completely, turned around & went on her break leaving me & my items there where many people witnessed it happened so I walked out buying nothing. Then I went new years eve & was checked out by a different cashier and I stood there waiting for my husband's to be finished checking out so I was just looking around & the same female employee thought I simply looked at her and she began acting crazy and screaming across the registers at me. As I've said before, I have gone to this store every Saturday for a while now and NEVER had a problem with employees in the past and although it's only a dollar store my husband and I spend A LOT of money each shopping trip to be treated poorly like this. Go to a different dollar tree, it's not worth it ESPECIALLY on...
