This store is Slowwwww, carts get pushed out of production and then sit there for hours, management is seen gabbing or outside having smokes most of the time, went in there at 9am and saw a cart full of shoes ready to be stocked, came back at noon and guess what, cart is still there untouched. They stock tons of clothes but $10 for shirts because they say under armour or Ralph Lauren? Gimmie a break, random generic shoes priced at $15. They are in the back room looking everything up on eBay and pricing it accordingly, i thought this was non-profit? Why the greed. For a non-profit you would think they would rather sell 500 shirts at $3 then have things sit there and not sell for weeks just to end up being sold for 99¢. All this overpriced stuff they basically get for free and then they have the nerve to ask if you want to "round up for Charity"... It's a non-profit, doesn't 100% of the Money go to charity...

I’m writing to express how unbelievably frustrated and disappointed I am with your recent decision to remove the fitting rooms and replace that basic courtesy with a completely unreasonable “5-day return for store credit only” policy.

Are you seriously expecting people to blindly guess if something fits, buy it, and then somehow find time within 5 days to come back—not for a refund, mind you, but for store credit? That is absolutely ridiculous. You're a thrift store, not Nordstrom. People shop there because they’re trying to stretch their dollars, and now you’re making that even harder by removing the ability to try things on before buying?

It’s honestly baffling. Not to mention inconvenient, exclusionary, and frankly disrespectful to your customers. If this is your way of "modernizing" or “streamlining,” it’s a failure. You’ve made shopping a gamble, and many of us don’t have time or money to waste on that.

I used to support your store regularly. I liked the mission, the prices, the vibe. But this new policy? It’s completely out of touch. You need to rethink this—fast—if you actually care about the community you...
