Only gave two stars because the building is very clean and the games were all working. I would have given five stars because a young adult gentlemen came out and danced as well which was awesome and he was was kind and a pleasure to speak to. His favorite number is 7 and 10 but I didn’t catch his name. I never leave bad reviews we always try to give places a second chance but this was that time. The person working at the front counter “manager” unsure if she was; had a bad attitude from the moment my husband started speaking to her. We have a disabled son with nonverbal autism and he tried explaining that he was only going to go in the $15.99 trampoline and touch each square and go down the slides one time. We were not asking to not pay but explaining he may not wear a wrist band or wear the socks. She then with a heavy attitude in her voice tone and words said he would not be able to go in if he couldn’t do all the rules and explained them with an attitude. We paid and bought the socks. She said “does he need a small or medium” without me seeing the socks I said he’s a size 4 in kids and she rolled her eyes and said “I said small or medium” very hateful. I smiled and said medium once she showed them to me. We encounter people like this all the time having a disabled child having to advocate non stop but I think she just didn’t like us for no reason. Not sure honestly my husband and I are a military family who have lived everywhere with many friends and are very kind in nature so it was confusing. My son LOVES Chuckie cheese and he doesn’t even play the games he just likes sitting on each ride on. He’s ten years old and eventually he will be too big to do that. It’s sad that we may never go back just because of one employee. It’s next to Sky Zone where we go every day and where the people are so inclusive lovely and kind. Maybe that worker should spend a day at Sky Zone and learn how to treat people but after seeing the comments just now I’m afraid this was not just a one off thing....
Read moreIt’s because of these people view in these photograph my grandson don’t want to have anything to do with Chuck E. Cheese anymore now isn’t Chuck E. Cheese supposed to be for the children and liked by the children? Well, tell me why the negative unprofessional ugly attitude these workers at Chuck E. Cheese in Fairview Heights Illinois left my grandson not wanting to have anything else to do with Chuck E. Cheese. He have a membership but don’t want to use it anymore. This Fairview Heights, Illinois Chuck E. Cheese have a new bounce house obstacle course but I want you to be aware they sell you for $15 all you can enjoy however after 32 minutes they pull the person watching the children for break and said he will be back in 20 minutes well he came back from break in 20 minutes and did everything except return to the trampoline zone. He’s the guy in the photo. 20 minutes at 7:58 turn into not coming back before 10 o’clock closing. I asked for a refund and that was just for one person all the other poor children lost their jump time money and whatever enjoyment they thought they was gonna get. My seven year old grandson said this is a scam. I agree totally. At first I was told I couldn’t get a refund because he jumped 32 minutes. The manager wouldn’t even come out to speak to me. That’s the person in the black uniform in the photo. then tried to cover up when she realized I was taking her photo with her sassy mouth when she decided to speak. Do you want in the red was being everyone at Chuck E. Cheese mouthpiece with her nasty attitude when she learned I was taking a photo she wanted to pose for hers so here she is. The general manager finally decided to come from the back to address what’s going on in her place of business and reluctantly gave me a refund for the scam of a business that they are running with the trampoline scam. Chuck E. Cheese in Fairview Heights, Illinois need to get some professional workers that care about how they treat people, especially in the eyes of...
Read moreI am not normally one to write bad reviews but this place is terrible! I made birthday party reservations here and it was a huge mistake, making online reservations are pointless going to this chuck e cheese.. they brought the wrong the cake out, wrong dip n dots, it took almost an hour to get pizza... I had to ask multiple times for cups for adults which took about 30 mins just to get cups.. The bathroom was filthy, a toilet leaking all over the floor there was toilet paper all over the floor and it was gross,, the stage was filthy and Chuck E on stage had a messed up eye that scared my kids. (photo posted with this review). A lot of the games didn't work and out of the ones that worked barely any of the machines actually gave tickets. My party host was barely helpful multiple times I had to leave the party to look for her because she never came to the table, we had to go to the soda machines to refill our pitchers because she barely came to the table... another lady who worked there would tell us " i am not doing partys" if we asked her a question but she was standing around by the partys.. there were 3 other partys at the same time as ours and it was insanely chaotic and they did not have nearly enough staff no one that worked there knew what was going on and it was so frustrating the play passes didn't work and neither did the bracelet out of 5 of them only one worked and it was another 25 min wait to find the host to get the cards switched because no one else would help ..after chuck e came out to sing the birthday song and take pictures with the kids they completely skipped our table. If you plan on making reservations for a birthday avoid this place.. it was horrible I am honestly shocked this place is still...
