I recently attended the grand opening concert, Jo Dee Messina, and while the event had its share of first event hiccups, it's clear this venue has amazing potential. The lines for the entrance and vendors appeared long, however they moved much quicker than I had anticipated and the bar staff remained in positive spirits.
The layout of the standing GA areas had it's issues. The PIT GA seemed to be the best ticket to have for those wanting to be up front. I'd love to see them pivot the layout based on the people in PIT vs regular GA. But I still had a blast and enough room to dance.
Despite some initial issues, the venue's potential is undeniable. Its location is fantastic, even though parking is a little sparse downtown, several bars had bussing and it was a beautiful night out to walk as well. We actually got a free ride in from one of the bike carriages! The sound quality was excellent, and the atmosphere, once inside, was definitely a vibe.
I am optimistic about the future of the festival grounds. The issues with entrance logistics, bar lines, and seating arrangements are fixable, and I'm confident that the organizers will take the necessary steps to improve. This venue is a great addition to our community's outdoor music scene, and I look forward to attending more events here...
Read moreAttempted to go to the pierce the veil concert. The parking is abysmal. They did not allow chains or spikes but they did not make this known until people were attempting to enter the venue requiring them all to go All the way back to their cars. This policy should be made very obvious for people Before they get to the show. It is not listed as banned in the FAQ My partner had Small Plastic spikes super glued to their cane, which they need to Walk, and they were not allowed to bring it in with the spikes on it. Their mobility aid is a medically necessary device and we were discriminated against. We did not attend the show and will not go to the venue in the future.

Read moreThis venue is GREAT! We’re from out of town and there are plenty of trashy venues in our area. Consider yourself lucky Fargo!
Sound was fantastic / Beverage line ran quickly / Sorry to all you boxcar ppl who are far away and at a weird angle.
PS. Security is tight as it should be. Whoever brought a cane with spikes and DIDN’T THINK TO BRING A SPARE NON-SPIKED WALKING CANE was delusional. You can’t bring a WEAPON to the festival...
