Gerster Jewelers — Attraction in Farmington

This store and it's people are a "gem". Gerster Jewelers is the jewelry store that my ENTIRE family uses. My Grandparents bought their wedding rings there, my parents bought their's, my husband and I also got our wedding bands at Gerster's. My Aunts, Uncles, cousins, my brother, my sisters all go to Gerster's. My husband and I have purchased gifts for graduations, baptisms, birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events there. You will receive incredible customer service! They make you feel special every time that you come in. They are amazing, caring people. Farmington is fortunate to have the store in town They will help you find or order something special that you are looking for if they don't have it in store at the moment. Great selection. They carry current trending stones and pieces along with traditional designs. They do incredible repair work in house and their pearl knotting person has top knot skills(pun intended). They made a custom alexandrite and pink sapphire ring and pendant for me which I often get compliments on. Jim even had me approve the alexandrites before setting them because they are a rare color shifting stone. They created a necklace for my sister that we gave to her as as a wedding gift. The absolute most incredible experience you can have custom designing a ring. I am not creative and so I gave their designer just key words of what I wanted and picked out a few standard designs that I liked. The ring that I got back was masterful and incredibly unique just like I had asked for. Lily, my now fiancé, can't stop looking at it and smiling. She is in love with this ring and it makes me so happy to see it. This is something we will now cherish for the rest of our lives. Thank you everyone. Got a ring re-sized and that turned out good. Also brought in two watches for a simple battery replacement and was told to come back in two days. Got the call they were ready and drove the 20 mins from my house to get there before closing just to find out one of them didn't have a piece re-installed to hold the battery in, it was just loose in the bag. Was almost told to come back AGAIN.

The other watch had the backplate re-installed upside down and I had to leave with it like that. Really poor attention to detail on two expensive watches. Not impressed and I doubt...
