Good store with growing product. However the customer service is less than satisfactory and inconsistent. Itâs a lengthy post just to say that the customer service has taken a dip year after year. Still a good store, clean and product placement looks nice, glad to see they donât hide the exclusive returns anymore (retros, snkr available shoes). An area for growth is definitely the customer service.
Besides having to hunt for athletes when I have questions or need the fitting room, the policies on sales is confusing and inconsistent as well.
From transactions in the past they have matched Online sales with in-store sales as well. Stickering all of the hash-wall (clearance wall) shoe boxes is tedious and what better surprise than getting up front and shoes being cheaper than expected.
During a sale where clearance apparel and clearance footwear are both Extra 30% off the price of the items and not the purchase. I bought a pair of shoes stickered at $125, and the online price for these shoes are $99.97 (from my understanding the 97 at the end means it is clearance and more likely will not be restocked)â with the price match it should have been $99.97 + 30% off.
I paid $87.50 instead of $69.97 for the shoes.
Iâm not mad about the price as much as when I called to figure it out, they said they match sales but if it changed the next day they would not be able to match it, unless they had proof of the sale on that current day that I came in to get it fixed. My issue is that if the price adjustment was missed on the day of the sale, I wouldâve assume that with proof of purchase on the day of the sale in store and the price of the shoe online and the day it was bought, and if they actually do match sales, why canât the mistake just...
Read moreDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS STORE IF YOU ARE A MINORITY!!!!! I was shopping in the store and carrying quite a bit of merchandise when I heard an employee that I notice had been following me around say on their headset âWe have a VIPâ next thing I know I have 4 other employees following me around the store. I was then approached by a heavy set woman named Cheyenne, that happened to be the store manager. She asked me âis there something I can help you withâ as Iâm standing there with several items in my hands as mentioned. I said No, and asked if there was a reason she and her employees were following me around the store. She quickly said âOh, weâre not, we just wanted to see if you needed helpâ I said if you wanted to help me then I would have been offered a shopping bag. She then offered to get me a bag, and I told her not to bother. That I knew she was purposely racially profiling me and that she wasnât following anyone else around the store that had just as much merchandise as I did. I immediately threw my stuff on the display next to me and said I refuse to be treated this way & left. SHAME ON NIKE for allowing this behavior, let alone the âstore managerâ to profile individuals based off skin color when Nike is allegedly a company based on diversity and inclusion. Do yourself a favor and shop online or at a different location. You will absolutely be meet with poor customer service and racism. I have full intentions of sending this up the chain to all upper management and other review platforms. Iâm sure I am not the first customer to have this happen at this location and surely wonât be the last. I encourage others to do the same as I have...
Read moreI came into your store today, with the intention of buying from the individual salesperson a pair of custom made shoes. I had built and designed them online. With my history of working retail l, I was under the misasuption that I could get help and give an employee a sale. I was wrong. I literally made eye contact with 3 employees at least twice each. They DID NOT ONCE ask if I could be assisted. This is awful. You should feel shame from your employees. This experience has completely turned me against ever stepping in that store or any store. I was eventually delighted to make my custom order without giving credit to your awful staff at Station Park in Centerville Utah. They should all be fired. You clearly have a staff infection. I will think twice about ever buying your products despite the fact I like to always maintain a pair of bespoke Jack Purcells. Itâs now clear to me how you view your consumers. Weâre not clients or even customers. In my business as a supplier to manufacturing of the defense industry, I donât need customers. I value clients. Your company clearly does not represent this mindset. Itâs disappointing and youâve lost my business moving forward. Im writing you with expectation of resolution, Iâm sharing with you my poor experience with your staff and following loss of me as client...
