I usually go to the World Market on 7200S but I was in the Davis county area with my family so I thought I would go there to purchase chairs that I have been eyeing and that were on sale. I found one display and another one was stored high on their storage areas around the store. My mom and I asked the associate if they can get down the one held high and we'll take both. She said she would have to call her manager to see if she could sell the display. As a side note, the World Market that I normally go to sell their displays. We continued to shop since the manager was on a phone call. We gathered everything we wanted and headed to the check out. We asked again about the chairs and the manager said We don't have any in stock and we don't sell the display and the chair up top is not the same chair...When it clearly is. I should have had them get it down to further inspect, cause you know I could have been wrong.. but I am 100% sure I am not. I was not impressed with the associate or the manager on how they handled the situation, especially when I am in a management position at my own job at a retail location. I don't think I am going to stray from the World Market on 7200...
Read moreUpdate: I've now made three separate trips to this store to pick up a fairly simple food order, and I am still missing part of my order. The guy at the store today then proceeded to tell me that it was my fault that I now have to make a 4th trip. This is next-level incompetence. Avoid this place like the plague, and order online only.
Like the concept and the products, but the website is run by turtles on treadmills, and the brick and mortar is terribly understaffed. Three hours should be plenty to fill a small grocery order, and there's no clearly designated curbside pickup area. I could have walked through the store and done it myself in 10 minutes. Then I get home, and they've only given me half of my order. Now I get to make my 3rd trip for such a simple order. SMH. Customer...

I approached the lady named Rachel, told me “i have it but theres two people ahead of you” i waited patiently for her to finish helping this guy and waited. So i looked around while waiting. Tried to approach her again, since shes just talking to one of the crews. Waited almost right in front of her where I knew she could see me. Even said “excuse me” several times. Purposely ignored me. Im not sure if shes RACIST or anything but dang! So rude!! How ironic to work in a world market but doesnt show respect towards different ethnicities.
