Well I’m glad everyone had great experiences and at first I did too. I was looking for a specific ring they didn’t have & I started working with the short slim young lady and honestly she sold the shxt so good I forgot to ask her name!!. After working with her I was addicted I wanted to come every weekend to either pay on my layaway or get something new.. but then one weekend I came it was busy ..I asked for my girl but she was busy. So I just decided to use next up and ever since then everybody else is like uuugh bad vibes and bad energy. I’m big on that, IDont like giving my $$ to people like that,. I don’t even like to go up there no more about ready to say fxk the stuff I got on layaway. Hell, I even been to the one out in hope mills and they be empty no customers and when somebody walk in have bad attitudes and no customer service and be tryna mumble pha! Maybe so many people just come in walking around and still even if so keep it professional. Some of the same dried up employees from the flea market on the weekend just tryna ride the clock I think these people crazy.. ima try to make my next payment over the phone and update y’all. I went from jewelry stores to pawn shops and every where was so expensive. Just as I had given up on my search and decided to just spend the money on an expensive necklace I walked into your shop at the Flea Mall on Bragg Blvd. while there I could t believe now reasonably priced your collection of jewelry was.

I was greeted by two young ladies who were extremely helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the other young lady’s name, but she and Bella were phenomenal. Not only did they help me find what I was looking for; they were patient and also worked with me on an unbelievable price. Do not buy from here, I’ve bought 2 chains one hollow and one solid both have fallen apart. The last one I purchased July 29th solid has already come apart in less than 4 months and they wouldn’t even stand behind what they sell coming up with all the excuses on why it may be coming apart. I’ve bought many items but I don’t recommend their gold chains. The only warranty they state they can guarantee is that they sell real gold.
