Read moreEverything went well until the point of checking out in the garden center. After pushing two large loads of 22 bags of red mulch, 22 tan border stones, 2 black bags of mulch, 4 fly traps l, red table umbrella and mosquito dunks, my friend and began our wait in line. It was a sunny, hot day and we were 3rd in line behind 2 customers with large flat carts. We were beyond the shade tarp to stay cool waiting in line but we endured it with conversation. By 10 minutes we were still 3rd in line ás the cashier tried persistently w/ computer register challenges with the first customer. Ultimately the cashier change to 2nd open register but the problem persisted. That was another 10 minutes or more. The cashier apologizes as she had to direct to the interior registers. It was miserable pulling the weighty large flat cart loads maneuvering obstacles inside the store. No one beyond the garden cashier apologized the inconvenience, I and other customers now behind me experienced. Do better HD! Has all decency gone out the window for people and store profits continue to support the greedy, selfish and careless versus 'we the people.' From now I am pushing my cart funds to Lows. They do better with their profits serving a United States citizens of this current lame...
Read moreThe first time I visited The Parilla Mexican Restaurant was just me and my husband. We had an older male, and his customer service was on point. Very attentative for the things needed and wanted. The food that day had a good taste. Visited for the second time with my husband, kids, and granddaughter, thinking we were going to experience the same service as before. Unfortunately, the customer service and food was a disappointment. You should not work in a place just to get a paycheck. If you are not a people person, do not apply for the position. The waitress decided to take our order from the hostess desk. We had to talk very loudly in order for her to hear us ordering the food. Like I had mentioned before, she was getting the order from the hostess desk. I understand they were busy that day but not the correct way to approach the customers. I'm not the kind of person to disrespect you in any type of way unless I've been mistreated. Treat others the same way you would like to be treated. Very unprofessional of her part. Unfortunately, that was the second and last time visiting...
