I paid $6 extra dollars for my package to be delivered in 2-4 days and not only that, I asked the employee there to please change the address and add my apartment unit and he did not want to. He told me to create a FedEx account and I would be able to change it from there. I believed him until I saw that I could not do that because I have to be the sender in order to change the address just to add a unit number. I have been waiting a week literally. I ordered it last Saturday on 03/27/2021 so it should have been here by Wednesday because I paid the extra $6 for shipping. It is currently 04/02/2021 and I have not seen my package which is a Nintendo Switch and I have been deceived and lied to by this company’s employee. I hope they can train them better to complete the customers wishes like mine which was literally him going back a page and added my apartment number but he did not want to do that, which is sad because there were no other customer in the store at the time. All he had to do was add the apartment number and now look at me mad and with no package. I just called FedEx and they told me to contact the sender which is Gamestop and have them call them to add my unit number which could have been avoid if the employee did what I asked and added the unit number from the get go. I let her know I only wanted to exchange for a game for my switch and she told me I could go select the game then come back to the register for checkout. After I found the games I wanted she then told me we can’t take your game without you losing 50$ since you are a three days past the exchange period. I paid 75$ for a game I didn’t even open/play and all they offered was 23$ even though she told me I could do an equal exchange prior to me selecting the games I wanted. Read moreTheir customer service is terrible I would go to any other gamestop ,we pulled up at 8:56 with with my son and the guy locked the door right in front of us .we knew exactly what we wanted had been trying to call for over an hour with no answer I guess he was too busy playing on his cell phone , They weren't busy no customers he definitely was not Polite he saw us pull up and was standing at the door and when I got out of the car right in front of the door ,he reached up and pulled the chain on the open sign ,and locked the door .
