I moved to Ramsey in 2014 and found pleasure in going to the Ross. At least, but 1 to 2 days a week to see what they have new. I was in the store today and saw a piece. It was a sofa table with reasonable Weight to it, I asked if I could get some assistance to bing it up or if I should bring the tag and pay for it first. The associate said, why you should just bring it up if you're going to go ahead and buy it. I went to get a buggy to try and bring it up myself, but I didn't know how to get it up front. Because it was, pretty heavy. It was one of those indian wood pieces sofa table. I finally got frustrated and left. Although I really wanted a piece, it just wasn't worth the inconsideration for a little help. I do believe I will absolutely go out of my way to the ross across town or to home goods. Ā Ā Ā Read moreTried to go shopping with my 2 sons and my mother since it was her birthday and your Loss Prevention assisant was consistently right behind us or any direction we went he was right there. He ran into a mirror at one point apparently paying too much attention. It was real irritating ! There were other people in the store besides us! We had our credit cards so we had no bags or baggy clothes to STEAL something if that is what he assumed. I would've spent more than just perfume had he not been that way. My mother walked too close to the doors taking shoes back to the shoe area and the alarm went off and he came running like she was walking out the door. WOW. I'LL spend my money elsewhere! I understand doing security and your job but my goodness can we breathe! ...ALL THAT ROOM IN THAT STORE! I'LL COME IN THE DAY TIME NEXT GO ROUND...

But wasnāt allowed to try on a bracelet to see how it fits on my wrist and i was told by security i wasnāt allowed to do so. Iām not sure if i was just passive aggressively accused of trying to steal, but i was told i can only try on the jewelry in the glass display. Now i shop at Ross multiple times a week and i have have never had this issue before but this is a new location i visit for the first time. Security tried telling me it was a rule at ever Ross but that simply not true THEN i was told i would have to purchase the bracelet to try it on and if it didnāt fit i could just return it. INSANE. Iāll stick to my usual locations...
