Would give 0 stars if I could. My first time walking in I was so impressed by the variety and diverse options of clothing. It was like walking into a cheap heaven. When I walked in though, the staff didnāt greet me or anything they just kind of stared at me? But I didnāt care. Fast forward to me having lots of clothes in my hands, just shopping around. The owner of the store, didnāt even greet me. She walked up to me all aggressively l, grabbed the clothes I had in my hand and told me I need to try them on not even asked?? Like did you really just do that? Me being in shock I didnāt react, I just went with it. As weāre walking to the dressing room she says whatās your name? But in an aggressive tone so I asked her why do you want my name and she said (not even explaining how they do things) sheās gonna write it on the dressing room door. And as I walked in the room, she slammed the door behind me!!? Literally. I immediately got back out of there. Sheās the owner (darker skin lady has daughters working there). From the reviews I see sheās able to be nice, so Iām wondering hy she was so rude! Iām not giving her an attitude, I didnt even ask for anything or say anything to the staff but how their days were going? This is a family that bought one of Cheapskates franchises. Even though the clothes here are name brand, a lot of them are used indeed. So some have scuffs, large brown makeup stains etc. I came to sell some Jordans these pictured below and she remembering who I am told me these were too scuffed. When I explained to her that she has current shoes on display that are scuffed she responded and said she knows but she was trying to start the business off so she didnāt basically care. But now since the business is getting attention she no longer want to take scuffed clothing. My thing is this, keep it consistent. Donāt sell me a dirty white Tshirt and some scuffed up adidas and when I come in (with the same scuffed up clothing you just sold me) you say no Iām not buying what you have ? And then on top of that you give no customer service you have this arrogant attitude because youāre the owner and what you says go and thatās definitely not ok. But this was an incident that has happened that me and my friend both witnessed. One of the girls out of the staff is great I didnāt get her name but she discounted some things for me and was understanding. That owner though, really rude lady. Very unprofessional. Making my complaints...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreSellers beware! I donāt live nearby any of the uptown cheapskates. I make it a point to call before I plan on bringing any of my clothes to sell for that very reason. This particular one took me about 37 minutes to get to due to the usual Atlanta traffic and accidents. I called before leaving to ask when the sell cutoff time was and was informed the buy counter closes at 7 on a normal day but today it would be closing at 4. Again, it took me about 37 minutes to get here making my arrival time 2:55PM, well before 4PM. Once I unloaded my car they told me they were not accepting anything else today. To be quite frank I made it clear that I was irritated because that was the entire reason I called before coming down here. They offered me leaving my stuff and coming back the next day which was out of the question. I already made my journey down here and did not plan on making that same drive the next day. I wonāt be returning and itās unfortunate because I donāt like leaving bad reviews but I really wish they wouldāve informed me when I called that they already had too many buys to work through. Message to management and employees - consider that when someone calls to see cut off times making it clear that there already is a long line of buys and they would have to return...
